Dear Stay Inn Express Corporate, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue I encountered during my recent stay at your property. I checked out of the hotel and unfortunately, I realized shortly after that I had left $400 in cash under the pillow in my room. Upon returning to the hotel to retrieve it, I was met with a very disappointing and unprofessional response from the management. Initially, the manager assured me that housekeeping staff do not steal and return any items they find. However, shortly after, he stated that "nobody is going to turn in any money" if it was found, implying that there was little hope of recovering it. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. This experience was both frustrating and deeply concerning, especially given the amount of money involved. I have since filed a police report, as I believe this matter warrants further investigation. The police advised me to reach out to corporate, as I am hoping that your team can address this issue in a more professional and thorough manner. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and would be grateful for any assistance in recovering my lost money. Additionally, I urge you to review the conduct of the management at this location, as their behavior was far from the level of customer service I expected. Everything was fine except for the loud guests that would be loud until 1am and that there was a couple bugs.

There where bugs in the restroom and bugs in the bed

The room was nice and clean the staff was friendly and courteous.

The hotel was so nasty, i got 3 room changes and each room was horrid. First room i was assigned had unauthorized occupants , 2nd room i was assigned the entire room was a complete mess, every surface of the room was filthy, the 3rd room was less dirty but the door didn’t latch leaving the room totally unsecured

The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. The room was clean-ish but was extremely run down. Everything had a moist some what stick texture. The pillows were terrible and they could not get us extra. There was only one towel in the bathroom and it was tiny. Shampoo was a charge. The sheets were itchy, stained, and did not stay on the bed. The mattress was old and covered in plastic making a noise. It looked nothing like the pictures online.

It was completely disgusting. There were street walkers inside the hotel. Almost everything was broken, there was mold and mildew everywhere. Bed bugs. I had to leave due to safety.

This was my worst experience I ever had. There was no remote control for the tv, I was told I could go by one. We drove 17 hrs and did not want to go anywhere at that point. My husband was disgusted. I asked for another room. That room was horrible.the microwave was dirty, the sofa had holes in it/was dirty, the counters were dirty, and there was hair in the bathroom on the floor. I paid $317, and was told I could not get a refund. There were very sketchy acting people in and around the motel. I had to get another hotel to stay at. I would never stay there, ever. I booked it because of the jacuzzi, the jacuzzi took up the whole room, the room was dirty too. Very misleading. Do not stay there, it is not clean or safe.

The jacuzzi tube the entire reason I booked the room didn't properly work and there were insects crawling beside bed
