This is a three star hotel and met all expectations.
Really great staff - super helpful and friendly.
Clean comfortable rooms - note no AC if staying in summer, good heating in winter. Easy free parking on site.
Good English breakfast.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Price is on the high side given the limited facilities, location and small room but otherwise very good, with an excellent breakfast. No fridge in the room but that appears to be common in British hotels

First time at this hotel great to stay if working at the local hospital staff very helpful food Amazing
Bedroom nice and cosy lots of tea coffee and a kettle bathroom very modern shower could do with being fitted to wall ok beds vey comfortable pillows to .will stay agin no problem with any thing

Good spot for a stay in Haywards Heath. My only complaint was the internal room I had was quite warm due to no breeze with the window open and

Perfect from arriving half hour before check-in time and taking in a quick sandwich in the bar, to a lovely clean comfortable room (236), very quiet stay to a fantastic, beautifully prepared buffet breakfast before leaving after our one night stay...would definitely stay again if in the area.

As ever a lovely stay at the Birch Hotel. I was staying on business so a good breakfast choice as well as evening dining is important and the Birch scores highly on both.
There is plentiful parking, a great bar, the team are very welcoming and the rooms are spacious and very well appointed.
Would happily recommend for business or leisure. As a lone female traveller I felt safe and welcomed here.

was near a main road coukd not have windows open room looking into car park so aswell as noise from busy road had the cars on the car park in and out
