Smells like mildew they have a water problem key cards don’t work right outside lighting is horrible. Someone tried breaking in my truck.

I really enjoyed it the breakfast could of been a little more selection and hot foods hotter

I had a hard time in the bathroom because the seat was loose on the toilet. I asked for a wakeup call and they said they did not do them. I had to buy an alarm clock so I could get up on time.

What could have been better was all ice makers need to be working. The only one that worked was on the 3rd floor!!

I wouldn’t ever stay again couldn’t eat the breakfast spit it out went elsewhere and I’m not picky. Chair dirty put towel on to sit bed hard and noisy at night like someone was jumping up and down

We stayed in a king suite and had plenty of room. Room was very clean. Kids really enjoyed the pool even with it being to cold for us adults. Lol. Very close to many things

This may just be our room, but the toilet needs to be replaced, it ran all the time and had rust stains. The toilet paper was just on the back of the toilet, with no toilet paper holder. The shower is newer but there is no way to shave your legs. The door to the room was very difficult to open. The air conditioner worked, but was very loud.

Not the friendliest staff key didn't work one ice machine 3rd floor. Elevator slow.

Handle to microwave in room was broken. Refrigerator in room didn’t work and it had a pan of water under it where it had defrosted. The floor under the ac/heater dipped into what felt like a hole had been poorly patched. Our key card to the room needed redone 3 times in two days. Pool was ice cold. Tv remote didn’t work after replacing batteries and reprogramming it. Didn’t get full range of channels like room next to us did. Paint on walls was dirty. We will find a different spot for next year.

The towels looked very soiled,(they had yellow stains or brown stains on them), our shower curtain had blood stains on it along with one of the bedspreads. One bedspread had a hole in it. Someone was smoking in one of the rooms and the smoke floated in the hallway and in our room. The smoke was like this for several days. Our bathroom door did not lock. Everything always seemed very damp in it. Things were locked up at night that the staff could not get into until the next day. (like toilet paper). The handicap signs were nailed to a white board and it looked nasty and unprofessional. The carpets were really soiled and dirty. The breakfast was always the same thing for our 6 day stay. They never had any fruit, one morning they were out of yogurts and orange juice until the net day. This is our third stay in this hotel and somehow it seems to be going downhill.

There was a fire in the second floor air conditioning unit and we were evacuated for a couple of hours in the late evening on Friday. Staff did not keep us informed of anything had to hear everything second hand from other people staying at the hotel. Really gave my daughter a scare
