While units are very nice size, ours was not clean at checkin. We reported to front desk but there was no response until checkout day (5 days later). Manager said she just got the message. No broom in unit so could not sweep the dirty, sandy floors. Sofa had many stains and needs replacing. Great location and restaurant was very handy and good. Pool seems well maintained. Need next effort in housekeeping. Staff was nice.

We stayed at the Sunset Vistas for a long weekend celebration. Pulling into the resort, the property is a little snug, but the building itself is nice and well kept. Our checkin went smoothly, the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, it felt like we were arriving home! The majority of the parking is under cover with reserved parking for the units - one space for our unit, but there are some overflow spots of you need an extra space. The parking spaces were wide enough, but the aisles in between were tight, so I would avoid driving overly large SUVs or Pickup Trucks there, but this is not something I hold against them.Our room was well kept, with all the standard condo or timeshare style amenities. Though the property is older, they have done a great job keeping it up. The onsite bar and cafe were a nice touch. The beach was a short walk through the dune. The only reason I gave property condition 4 out of 5 stars - when we arrived, the living room TV was dead and had to be replaced (handled quickly once they knew, they were great!) and the house phones need to be replaced (they informed us and I have no doubt they will fix it). The maintenance team and guest services were top notch - as good as any top tier resorts. We will return for stays in the future. The service alone is worth it.

Great spot

The bathroom shower was very dirty with mold. The kitchen drawer was broken and I didn’t like having to get my towels at the front desk every day. I would rate this property out of a 10 a 5 1/2

Our check I was supposed to be at 4. We did not get checked in until after 5. They supposed “upgraded” us to a different room. This room was dirty and dingy. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to upload pictures. Dirty shower, broken and dirty pillows on the couch, dingy kitchen. I wish I could share the pictures.

I loved my bartenders and the local people i meet alot. Highly recommended except for waitng 5 days for a remote. Ally and bear became my friends at the bar. Dont go there without meeting them

Everything was great from checkin to checkout. Tamra was amazing at the front desk helped with everything we needed. Room was great couldve had a queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Perfect location right on the beach.

Room was infested with roaches, they moved us to a second room that had no AC, they finally moved us to a third room that was good.

The all apartment need to be clean completely. Second need to be painted. Third need new furnitures. Beds and mattresses has to be replaced asap.

My wife and I really liked the condo we stayed in. Clean, comfortable and close to the beach. The pool was nice and in good shape. We love the area around treasure island, especially the beaches.

The property was very nice. We were parked on the outside parking area. There were other cars parked in the lane to the garage and was almost impossible to get in and out of our spot. Otherwise very nice.

Great stay

The staff are very kind. Easy check in and they were always smiling. The cafe was amazing and the breakfast Cuban is a must try! The condo had everything we needed to cook a meal after shopping at Publix down the street! The beach views were fantastic. Family oriented, nice travelers and very quiet! I cannot wait to stay with you all again!

I would recommend this Hotel to everyone , the room was clean had everything you need the view was awesome ! The cafe the food was awesome. I can’t say enough good things about my stay !!!

Loved it and would book again. Super close to the beach and had a clean up area to get all the sand off. Pool is big and has tons of chairs to tan. The bar by the pool is a must. Drinks were amazing and cheaper than going to a bar. Make sure you stop by and get a couple drinks. Everyone is friendly and give out great recommendations for where to go and what at. Would stay here again.
