Very nice, clean simple hotel, in a fantastic location walking distance from shops and restaurants

Excellent stay. Unfortunately our TV did not work for the whole of our stay despite the engineer keep visiting! It was during the election period so we were keen to follow. There was no restaurant or any eating facilities as it was being upgraded. Pool was beautiful and we took a swim every day.

Very nice property within walking distance of many restaurants.

We have stayed here numerous times and enjoy the location and staff. This time the AC in bedroom of the suite was less effective than in living room area. One of the elevates out if service but other than that I would stay here again in the future.

Room and staff were great, only issue was I had no hair conditioner or soap in the shower dispenser and the room next to me partied until some unforsaken hour so got no sleep! But hotel overall was ok

Second time staying here, it’s cool in coconut grove you can walk and plenty of food in the area. No parking unless you book a private apartment if not valet is $36 a day

Elevators definitely need an upgrade. Very slow. Several times we waited for so long, we just took the stairs.

Girl in the front desk uninterested in helping, Rooms have a 2 door system. Main door to our room was locked. When coming down to ask desk to open main door, was responded with attitude. In the process of getting our key situated sorted they slapped a sticker on my car while taking bags up to the room. A little customer service goes a long way.

The property was great, within walking distance to restaurants, a park, and library. Loved the fact Starbucks was just a few minutes walk from hotel and the staff was very friendly, nice, and accommodating.

Unfortunately parking is very expensive but public lots are even more
The room could have been cleaned better
Stated laundry but in our room was the area for it just no machines were there
The Kitchen area needed to be wiped down
The decorative pillow had brown stains
The TV wasn’t working and they sent a person to fix it immediately!!! I asked for more Towels and they brought them immediately!!!
The restaurant wasn’t open under renovation
This was great overall just needs a few minor improvements, seems like no management is in site
Would definitely stay again, the good outweighs the bad. The staff very pleasant.

They also never serviced the room even though claiming to offer same.
Asked twice to speak with the manager who refused to appear. This person would be fired at any other place.
