Very nice hotel. We had a room on ground level next to the garden. Very quiet! Only negative was that the breakfast was not too good. Manufactured scrambled eggs and undercooked cheesy potatoes. No fruit.

The hotel is located close to downtown. The one thing I disliked was the pillows they were hard so I had a hard time sleeping.

Had a perfectly delightful experience at The Plaza Inn. Check-in was quick and easy with friendly front desk staff. Room was large and sparkling clean, with an unbelievably comfy King bed. The Inn’s location is the best! Kept our car parked at the Inn and walked everywhere in town…..so convenient. The Inn is located in a lovely garden setting, making for a lovely stay. Will definitely stay here every time we are in Ashland. Highly recommend!

Everything was great about the stay except that their water heater had broke down and there was no heated water. I took a cold shower in the morning! The Assistant Manager, Melissa, said she could not refund me any money since I went through Expedia(Hotels.com) and only offered that she MAY be able to give me a discount if I stayed there on another date, but that was a "maybe" and was only because I asked about it. Compensation was not voluntarily offered and she admitted that it had to be asked for. In my case, going through a second party, I am told "I would have been able to give you a refund, had you not gone through Expedia. ...I could refund them but they will not give that money to you." It just seems wrong that a hotel that boasts high quality services could not at least give a discount on the next stay, not just a "maybe"

Perfect location for our visit to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Staff were incredibly helpful. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and the theaters. Lovely creekside patio garden area for relaxing, reading or just enjoying.

Chose this hotel because it said they had electric vehicle parking but you had to go down to the scary basement that was basically impossible to drive out of without scratching your car and then only had Tesla chargers.

Would have been five stars but the property's card key system kept failing - that is, the cards had to be reset several times during our visit. Staff was super helpful in helping with it, but it was still painful.

We had a wonderful time in Ashland and this hotel was great. We were able to walk to an area with many dining options, especially since we were traveling with our dogs. We will definitely go back there and stay at this hotel.

The continental breakfast is very substantial and is open from 7-10am which is great. It is unfortunate that they have gone to a pay model for late night treats - they used to have free cookies as an after performance treat which was lovely.

Nice room- clean and close to venues and shopping. Breakfast the first day was cold (sausages, eggs and biscuits). Better the next day.
