There was a bug waiting in bathtub when I entered the room, outside of that the room was spotless. Had a good overall stay. Still waiting for my security deposit to return to my bank account. Checked out 12/8/24

Always a good experience at Best Western. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Nice to have gym too. Walking distance to Coyote Point park. Definitely would stay again.

I don't know about its eco-friendliness, but I found this BW to be a wonderful place to stay. I've stayed in heaven knows how many motels, hotels, B&Bs, and I'd rank Coyote Point in the top 3%.

My room key failed twice and I had to go down to front desk and wait in line to get replacement keys. Now they charge $9 for parking as if Nov 1, 24 and it doubles in January 25 to $18/night!
I like the property and it’s employees but will now consider other competitors

DO NOT STAY HERE. Terrible experience overall. I had a room booked for the most expensive option, the King Suite. I was expecting a comfortable stay however the room i was given was next to some mechanical room of some sort that was extremely loud. Sleep was impossible with such disturbing noise. When i requested to change my room to another, i was told that this was the only King Suite in the whole building. I then decided to change to a cheaper standard room however i was still charged for the price of the King Suite. I stayed over 10 nights meaning that i overpaid over $300 for the duration of my stay for a worse room than expected. Additionally when i inquired about room service/cleaning they told me it would be and extra $25/day for housekeeping. This is completely unreasonable and i feel as though i was being scammed. I will be requesting a refund. I would give this place a zero star rating if possible however unfortunately one star is as low as it goes.

Wonderful stay, again. This is a go to stay while in the Bay Area. Clean, safe, good breakfast selection and great service. I will be staying here again!

While I appreciated that they responded to the terrible noise coming from the bathroom, it still was not eliminated and came back intermittedly the next day, waking me up at 3 in the morning. The whole place smells like breakfast coming from the kitchen.
Staff was pleasant with my few interactions with them. Still there have to be better choices in the area.
