Price and parking availability

Not comfortable bed, shower wall was kind of dirty and feeling unsafe overall

secluded, not sure of the safety

near to where I wanted to stay late check in allowed parking nice looking room

no extra blankets and we were cold. (did not want to blast the heater) only 3 pillow for 2 people no hot water/coffee maker…I realize there is a list to purchase for those who stay longer but most hotels have the ability to make coffee breakfast….dull

It’s a clean room at a decent location with a reasonable price.

The directions to the room are very confusing.

Not much to like

No room for a handicap person also no help I had to shelp everything upstairs. Very noisy. Supposed to be smoke free people out in the courtyard were smoking. One roll of. Toilet paper no Kleenex I. The room. No utensils to use in kitchen. False advertising free breakfast. A granola bar really!! If it weren’t for no service there would be no service. Never stay again and I travel there twice a month for work. Never again.

Location perfect

Breakfast was granola bars & coffee. That's very minimal.

Smokers hanging outside in the common area talking really loud up to 11pm

No accommodations for small child Staff did not understand English Took over an hour to get the water to work in shower Told we would have to wait until 12 for manager Was told I would be refunded - still have not seen funds

Provide luggage racks, especially in the ADA room. We had to put the luggage on the table so the person in the room could reach the things in the luggage w/out bending down. We also had only one small rubbish can in the bathroom; there was nothing in the kitchenette area. Rubbish cans on the outside of the rooms were available for trash but were overflowing. I had an early checkout but noone was there to assist except security, who was as helpful as he could be, but he could not print me a statement. I was told I'd get the final statement emailed to me (which was fine, I could wait) but I'm still waiting for it. Thought I'd get it later that day.

Close to shopping centers. Clean and friendly.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Could not adjust temperature in both rooms and freeway noise unbearable
