Excellent location stayed here many times in the past. Very short distance to beach clubs, shops and restaurants. Clean with friendly staff will stay again.

Very conveniently situated hotel in Juan with nice modern rooms, side or full sea view. Remarkable is the super friendly and very helpful staff, they know how to make you feel very welcome and appreciated. Would definitely stay there again if in Juan.

Overall we liked the property and the staff were nice and helpful for the most part. There was even a nice gentleman that helped us park our vehicle when we had trouble maneuvering in the parking garage. The location is good and convenient for driving around the South of France.
We had two concerns. The water in the shower didn’t drain properly, which was disappointing after long hot days in the sun. Secondly, the private beach was confusing so we never went. One person told us the beach was not apart of the hotel and we had to pay based on the seating we selected. We were under the impression that the private beach was for the hotel guest and that was a huge selling point when reserving our stay. Another person told us we couldn’t reserve for the beach at the front desk and would have to walk down to the beach area to make the reservations but that it was free. Instead we settled on going to the public beach area since we didn’t want to run the risk of not having reservations and the beach overcrowding. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and the room was kept nice and clean.

Great location, staff were lovely and attentive. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good range of food available.
Parking underground was useful but very difficult to drive in with a bigger car.
Room could’ve done with better soundproofing, overnight the noise from outside and neighbouring rooms was very loud.
Overall, good place to stay and would recommend

Lovely hotel in a very convenient place . Close to shops and restaurants and walking distance to the beach . Lovely room with balcony and wonderful sea view . The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room is clean and bathroom too. Very good location close to train station and the beach. 4 start hotel ? Not quite so according the my own experience. Overall decent place to stay, nothing extraordinary really.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Helios. Close to the beach and the staff were wonderful. The room was spacious and had a terrace, which we didn’t expect. We highly recommend.

Hands down one of my favourite hotels in the South of France. We got a sea view balcony room and it was so spacious and clean. The bathroom was a dream, the water pressure was amazing and so were the soaps provided. The daily house keepers kept our room fresh and the staff were so helpful. We really felt comfortable and at home. The location couldn’t be better and is really safe. So central from the east and west part of Nice. 5 mins walk through a gorgeous garden to the high end shops/place macenna and another 5 mins walk to the beach or market. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Really friendly staff upon arrival, great room (301) which had a huge and very comfy bed and a view (limited) of the sea which was a real bonus. Clean and tidy bathroom with quality toiletry products for use. We didn’t use the bar but it looked lovely. Central to everything you could want in Juan Le Pins
