The hotel is nice, but I was woken up at 6am by load machine noise and workers talking directly outside my window. This continued throughout the morning. After arriving late from driving from Brisbane this is unacceptable when the hotel is charging the same amount as a hotel in the middle of Sydney.

Great view, very clean, super comfy pillows. The restaurant is also very good and they had a soloist singing and playing guitar there. Close to walk to restaurants and shopping g. Beautiful waterfront walking track. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is being renovated. We stayed in one of the new rooms. Very nice decor. Comfortable big room and bed.

I was in a newly refurbished room overlooking the river so that was nice. What was not nice was the fact I could hear the couple next door talking or the fact that I had to ring the hotel to order room service because the phone in the room did not work or the fact that my food arrived cold! The casting connection for the TV in the room also displayed a different room number! Expected a lot better for the price.

Beautiful refurbishment. Bathroom one of the best we've stayed in. Large room with lounge. Parking - number plate recognition made entering a breeze.

We liked the room upgrade offer. Nice views.

Checkin staff were friendly. Room was clean and the view was spectacular. Parking was included for one car which was fabulous. Nil information given about jackhammering on the Monday morning commencing at 08:00. When speaking to staff about same, the male employee was rude and dismissive! We chose to not have our unit cleaned daily, opting for a $10 voucher. We never received our daily voucher for $10 off at the restaurant which was disappointing. Neither of these were addressed at checkout by the same male employee. Maybe some further training and skill development in customer service would be beneficial for front desk staff.

This hotel is in a great location right in town The rooms are a little dated but they are currently being renovated so I’m sure my next stay will be amazing

There were still clothes in the dryer and somebodys toothbrush when we checked in. Room service refused to answer the phone and when we went down stairs they shut early. Overall the property needs renovations

Great location for a long weekend. Very central and walkable each day. Restaurant connected very booshy for breakfast and or riverfront cocktails.

Rydges Port Macquarie is in a great location - everything required is in walking distance which is great While the hotel common areas nice and modern - the furniture in the rooms is a little dated and worn - saying that though it had a smart tv with streaming from my phone which is always a bonus… the bed and pillows were great too

Lovely big room. Close to Waterfront and heaps of dining.

Parking was a problem. Also there was no Foxtel available. Otherwise a great hotel

This stay was a lay over after a long drive for 1 night. Rydges is always reliable.

Room was clean, but showing its age. Nice ocean view & close to everything. Parking was an additional $25 per night

Loved the location and generous sized room. Easy walk to eateries and shops. Lovely outlook some rooms, the pool s as d restaurant overlooking the water.
