Front desk clerk was very friendly, helpful, and professional. TV did not work in the room so the clerk moved us to another room very quickly. Check in and and out was very easy. Rooms were dated, floors needed sweeping and mopping. Shower head was not working correctly. Bathroom sink stopper was broke and in closed position. Internet worked the first night but not the next day. Breakfast was good. Outside area was clean, and we enjoyed the face-to-face gazebo swing.

You get what you pay for 100%. Last min trip to visit a sick daughter. Rooms were basic. The beds were clean but mattresses 100% need to be updated. Bathrooms were clean. My biggest complaint was the window even though it was shut the noise level was crazy and we were on the second floor employees were very friendly and helpful, I would recommend in a pinch, but if there’s better ones available and you have the money I would grab those

Just okay even for the price....the chain and door security was broken, altho the dead bolt worked, at least. Skimpy on towels, etc. Breakfast was ehh.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, that was my fault. But the sheets were stained, towels was badly stained, floor was dirty, and the tub was VERY slippery. I didnt complain to front desk, because there were 3 police officers there! Not sure if there was an issue or they were just checking on things. The few staff members we spoke to was very nice. It is located right next to the interstate, and a main street in Tuscaloosa.

I wasn't informed i would have to pay a $50 deposit until i arrived and didn't get it back when i checked out,they said it would go back to my card in 3 days.

Check in was a breeze despite the late hour. Jeneva at the front desk was very personable and rest of staff very helpful as well. Clean room, substantial free breakfast, and secure feeling for a good night's sleep.
