The hotel is warm and welcoming. Beverages available all the time was a wonderful treat. The staff was so very friendly and accommodating. I will return in a heart beat. Loved the clean and quiet room.

we were in town for a family memorial and Boothill was so convenient to everything and the staff was very friendly and helpful and the fresh baked cookies every night was an amazing bonus!!!!

Hotel had a sewer gas leak and the room and lobby smelled pretty bad. Room had a lot of highway/street noise as well. Staff did offer an air freshener but it was ineffective. Most likely would look at other properties next time we visit Butte.

Stay excellent. Shuttle bus driver new. Does not greet nor help with bags either at hotel or airport. Will never make tips unless she improves.

The hotel was in a noisy place. Sounded like a motorcycle race track outside my window most of the night. However, there's nothing the hotel can do about this. It was a great location for a roadtrip as I avoided any traffic of going farther into the city. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Plenty of parking.

Staff was wonderful. Every single person I encountered was helpful, cheerful and friendly. That makes the inn stand out above the rest. I stayed at 4 different hotels while in Montana and boothill inn was the best. Better than doubletree too.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, lovely hotel. Off the freeway and quiet. No complaints. Just passing thru Billings. Online check-in was helpful. We were able to alert them to our late arrival without having to call. Little overkill on the emails before our stay, but no big deal

The staff was awesome! Two hot tubs were available and neither one worked. The beds were also really stiff and hard and I struggled to sleep on them.
