The hotel-check-in, because of the payment method issue with PayPal cos my PayPal is created in America, is Very Good, otherwise Excellent. Also the sidewalk becomes grass as I was walking to the hotel from Trafargar Road via South Street. But is okay if I would have been earlier before sunset, otherwise it looks unsafe to walk into the hotel like that in the dark. Then, getting to the room I finallly received since my PayPal had finally went through, the room is great and clean. It also feels like my second home bedroom from my original bedroom in America in NYC. And about the PayPal issue I had got upon my check-in, I get it, is declining sometimes for security issue. Security is more prioritised in Canada than in America. Nevertheless, I still like the neighbourhood in Oakville, also because the YouTuber showing M3gan and Halloween costume characters in Film.ca in Speers Road and Kerr St is bringing me here. Also I was treated nicely like I am a local, regardless that I am an American passport holder, unlike in other hotels in Niagara Falls region.

The room was nice, beds were comfortable but the breakfast left much to be desired. Cramped room, crappy toaster and poor quality food.

First woman on front desk kept interrupting the gentleman on the deck checking in couple ahead of us it took twelve minutes to check them in , both are unacceptable!!!!!!! Second we called asked for early check in, at 3:17 gentleman asked if he could help us , after going thru the process were told room not ready yet ,will be fifteen minutes.Of course they rushed cleaning lady to get room cleaned to the point, when we got to room NO coffee,NO kleenex NO cups, I had to go and retrieve for cleaning lady down the hall !! Third hotel built on a hiway , so there is NO sound deading at all, cheap dollar store windows ( not double or triple plane windows that would reduce noise.) Not full curtains or black out curtains, or rug to absorb noise. Fourth strike told we would have to return to front deck to get vouchers for free breakfast. Why would vouchers not be given at check in?? When waiting to check in amazed how dirty lobby windows ,generally was ! We will definitely will never stay again in this chain or ever recommend the any one !!! In my opinion who ever runs this place does not due his or her job at all,I would fire them no ifs or buts !!!
