Amazing stay!, my family loved it.

TV remote control was broken and TV was on when we arrived. I was not able to turn off TV manually. It stayed on all night.

When we arrived, the gentleman behind the counter was friendly, helpful and did our check in seamlessly. He told us about the property, and we visited big kahunas and went in the hot tub. The next morning, we had an event and found that we had no hot water to shower, we were taken to another room, but it too had no hot water so we had to quickly shower in cold. By the time we came back, it had been fixed. The bed was rather firm, the pillows were not comfortable, and there were no room darkening curtains on the window, only sheers. The elevator is slow and when ascending, it bounces around the 3rd floor. The breakfast had a decent choice of foods, and there is a small area that has bottled drinks and snacks by the front desk. The room was clean, and the air worked fine. Wifi is provided. This hotel is in a "resort" community so you have access to a variety of pools, hot tubs, mini golf, mini kids waterpark, arcade, gym, tennis and pickleball courts and ping pong and basketball. The Italian kitchen food was mediocre. We had the spaghetti and chicken parm. Big kahunas has bar food that was good and cocktails, but it's only open till 10 pm and both nights they had kareoke. It would have been preferable to just have poolside music. Would i return? Maybe. I would give it 6 out of 10.

It was okay but mold was very visible in the shower area. I didn't have a complete towel set. The furniture has visible wear & tea. Also, the tv options weren't good, they need to update service provider. Breakfast & the pool were the best part

We had to change room because there was hair all over the bathroom floor. When the bathroom is that dirty I wonder what else has not been cleaned? Bathtub probably needs to be replaced. Overall disappointing. However, the front desk clerk was very polite and very accommodating.

THe ac unit was loud and when working. the odor coming from it was nasty!

I have stayed at this property a few times and always loved it. But this time they put me in the second building. The room in this building is not up to par as the main one and wasn't as clean. The shower had dirt spots. the toilet was running when i got in. air was on 64 and it was 50 degrees outside. No ice machine in this building. There was tissue in the peep hole and the plastic cups didn't have plastic on them but since no ice didn't need them. They put me next to the housekeeping room so all morning it was loud. The building was like a ghosts town and they have all the clean towels and sheets in a big bin at the entrance that isn't just very welcoming. The only reason i would stay here again is if i am in the main building.

This was a great spot for our visit to animal Kingdom. We checked in on time. The front staff was very friendly. Even assisted us with setting up the crib in our room.We would definitely return here next time.We go to animal kingdom.

We were very pleased with our stay and the value of this trip. We had a 5 night stay for a fall family vacation. Having the access to the resort facilities was excellent. All the pools we used were warm and clean with plenty of access to lounge chairs. Some pools were even open until midnight, excellent after a day of attractions. Breakfast was good with a change in hot options each morning. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Orlando.

Staff was beyond pleasant and very nice, attentive and friendly. The bathroom needs to be upgraded and I was greeted by a very ROACH

Great location, short driving distance to all kinds of retail and restaurant options. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Would stay at again!

I am disappointed, the hotel has not yet returned my $100, they said they were going to do something special for my birthday and they did absolutely nothing.

Loved the access to Summer Bay resort amenities. It was a great family trip!

All of the activities were excellent. The onlý thing i didnt like was not staying longer

We had a great stay! Was pleasantly pleased with the location inside the resort with numerous pools and free activities for us! The staff was amazing! My only complaints was the peeling water ruined wall in the bathroom and the lack of hot water. It was cold a lot and nothing we did made it hot.

My mother in law was saying the property is so far but it took us literally 15 min or less to get to animal kingdom. There was bareley any traffic around and they have so much to do! I had an excellent stay
