This property is a real gem. The location is great. The hotel and rooms are newly renovated. While the rooms are smaller they are really nice and have everything you need. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and speak English if needed. I give this property two thumbs up and have already booked my next stay.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice clean room with comfortable beds and a choice of pillows. Good shower-modern and clean. Balcony caught the morning sun with a tiny glance of the sea. Building work next door but it didn’t disturb us. Beach towels easily available from reception. Breakfast basic but tasty, I think perhaps slightly reduced due to Covid restrictions. Only issue was patchy WiFi in the room.

3 star quality for the price of a 2-star. Staff is very attentive and professional. Superb location! Close to the train station, bus, seaside. I really like their beds- you can see it is a clean place, when the bed is done properly, with good quality blankets/

Would highly recommend this cute little hotel to travellers on a budget. Wonderful location in the heart of Juan-les-pins and within a three minute walk to the train station. Reception area has been recently renovated to a high standard ... and I understand the rooms are to be refurbished to the same high standard.

Our second stay at this hotel. We love the short distanse to the beach and bus/train. Lots of places to eat and a quiet place for a very nice relaxing vacation. The hotel is a little bit old, but everything works and it is clean. I love that they have small fridge in the room. I recommend this hotel and will be happy to come back :)
