The breakfast used an excessive amount of single use plastic. Also the pre-packaged omelet was a bit rubbery or tuff.
On the other hand it was very new for a Super 8 and the large TV had lots of channels, including HBO.

I was extremely tired and wanted a shower. I had a delivery around the corner the next morning, so it was convenient and badly needed! Clean & friendly staff.

Saturday evening the people in the room next to us were very load. They were still up being load at 3 am. The morning were noisy before 6 am and people do not think when they talk loud walking down the hall at 7 am that others may still be sleeping.
The room was clean and otherwise a nice stay but I probably will not stay again due to the level of noise.

Very satisfied with our one night stay at the Super 8 in Alexandria,Minnesota! Very smart that the carpet in our room had been replaced with laminate flooring, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and even found a wine corkscrew for us to use! Would stay here again when returning to the area!

My sisters and I were very comfortable during our 2-night stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was small but clean, and the food fresh. Nice to have coffee/tea available at all times.

Did not have enough ac outlets for my devices. Somr lights were not plugged into wall. Had to move furniture to get to wall AC.

Toliet seat broken. Poor water pressure. Dirty floors. Tv didnt work. Weird stuff all over the ceiling. Staff couldnt fix tv

It was not the best experience we've had with this hotel chain. The room smelled, others had the same experience in their rooms. Though the air conditioner cooled the room, just didn't cut the humidity. This made the experience less than enjoyable.

Only problem was you could go out the end door, but had to come back in the front because lock wasn’t working. Guests still propped door open, even though they were asked not to. Property was very pretty, and well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay.

For some reason the hotel is very humid. If you don't leave your window open the room smelled like mildew and musty. They must have a problem because they had dehumidifiers all over.
