DIRTY!!! NOTHING was clean, absolutely disgusting, my wife and I cleaned our room so we could stay the weekend. Overpriced and NOT CLEAN.

Room was Dirty Bathroom had broken tile, loose door threshold, Dirty floors, shower head was disconnected from hose. Hallway was Dirty. Continental breakfast only had milk and orange juice. Counters were Dirty. Waffle maker did not work. No eggs, bacon or sausage. Probably the baddest hotel we have ever stayed in.

I needed a receipt to get free skiing for the day at Andes Tower Hills but they couldn't give me one, they were convinced I had to pay through this app but the app stated I had to pay there. Better communication would between the Comfort Inn and Booking would have been good. They eventually got it sorted out but not until 4pm so they cost me a day of skiing... If you need a receipt at checkout, don't use Booking just call the hotel directly.

The property was visually appealing. Room clean and comfortable.

Room very cold upon entering, pool area not well lit or inviting. Hot tub not hot, or even warm, sauna shut off with 2 hours left before area closed. No clean towels in the pool area, bathroom in pool area dirty. Fitness room not well lit, unable to use fitness equipment (not able to power up, checked plugs & made sure light switches were on, still nothing). No soaps in the room upon arrival, could have asked at the front desk, but went to Target and bought hand soap there; shampoo and conditioner l, not a big deal, I always bring my own. (But I would expect those items to be provided in a hotel room).

Staff at desk were confused about the booking.com reservation but were friendly

Unexpected hike in price on Friday and Saturday - wd thought it was $70 a noight as we saw on the booking.com site. We would like to be reimbursed for that cost we didn't expect. Rooms dirty- we sweptcthe floor, we washed the tub and microwave, the sheets were dirty but the beds were made. The breakfast was cold and juice machine down all three days, tv old and bad reception.

Wow. I could go on here. The property was disgusting. If we could have taken a picture of every square foot it would not have done justice to the level of gross. From the fluid stains on the couch to the ample amounts of body hair and crumbs on the sheets, to the staff’s non surprise and sheer indifference to hearing how gross it was, to changing our own sheets. The lobby pic posted is actually the couch in our room. Imagine our surprise to not have a flushable toilet, with a plunger nestled next to it. After voicing our concerns during check out, we were declined a discount for a 147$/night disturbing hotel. Apparently the manager has no business email but we were given a gmail address written on a piece of scrap paper containing another customer’s personal information including the last four digits of their credit card number. Upon exiting the premise, it was warm out and literally at the main entrance we were greeted by two garter snakes sunning themselves on the cement. What do snakes eat? I’ll leave you to google that. What an extremely disgusting experience. We will tell stories about this one for years.

Beds were comfortable & rooms were nice

Paid over $140 per room for my family to stay with a pool & swim. Freezing cold pool &hot tub. I asked about the hot tub upon check in and could have been told up front noting worked. $140 is too much to pay for just a room and no pool. I would like a discount. I specifically chose this hotel for the pool and paid extra.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Room was not very clean as there was a significant amount of hair in the shower, on the bath mat and in and around the sink. One of the two bath towels had a large threadbare spot and a large stain. There was also hair in both beds.
