Staff and restaurant were great!
Very noisy hallways, paper thin walls and loud homeless / drug people on walkway near hotel. These bums had their own speaker playing bad music that was heard late at night through windows. Noise woke me up a couple nights.

Great place to stay. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Look forward to coming back.

Great property and great views. Phillipa at the reception was super helpful. And also Mikayla at the eatery was a great host. Highly recommend and will be back.

Good value and quiet, would have been nice to have had a room overlooking the river as opposed to the carpark but all in all happy with our stay and will stay again

The rooms with twin queen size beds, was good for us. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Super convenient and well appointed hotel that is committed to ensuring their guests are looked after. Beds were comfortable and lovely look out onto tree lined river. The only (minor) downside was the level of noise that carried through from hallway and the plumbing from adjoining rooms.

The first room.was well below 4.5 star and was dissapointing - cracked vanity, incredibly noisey, no proper ventilation in bathroom , and lacked privacy ( cleaning staff walking past front windows and looking in). We moved upstairs and were very happy with the second room - where decor was way better and had a quality feel. We kinda had to push to get a room change and had to pay extra - but so glad we did. We get annoyed advertising photos don't match what we find on arrival.

Stay was very good, shutting the restaurant at 8:30pm is fine but I was surprised ie as ask to leave the bar area. It’s common for cooking to stop but not the hole restaurant bar area to be shut down.
