The front desk staff and breakfast staff were amazing. The managers were horrible. I complained about the smell and mold. Was sent to another room that had the same issue. Asked to speak with a manager who told me she was going to call me because she was busy. Never did. My autistic son had to stay in a cold room so it didn’t smell. No accommodations were given

I’d like to give this property a better review: however it took 4 rooms before we actually got one that everything that should work, TV, Shower, lights cleanliness etc. was finally acceptable; and that was after getting the GM involved. Once through all of that, we finally got an acceptable, functional room.

Water leak, ceiling dripping, noisy water heater drip. Everyday wasps in the room, broken shower slide door. Dirty sofa bed.

Online service was easy to complete! Customer service was very good, room clean, easy to park, great outdoor seating, pool and exercise room a little noisy in hallway but I still rate a 5star.

I reserved a room with 2 beds and a sofa. At check in we get to our room and its occupied. We are given a new room but no sofa.
The hotel itself is falling apart. Theres plaster coming off the walls, holes in plates what are covering where thermostats once were, aming other things.
There was a trash bag left on a floor and by the end of the weeke d it had 3 sitting by the elevator.
I typically love staying at a Hilton. This one just needs some love. The room was clean and stocked. No bugs and were comfortable.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was horrible, no towels were available for two days. Not worth the price.

Overall our stay was okay, one elevator was broken so that made wait times for a ride a little longer . The room had a funny smell, smell old . The smell was probably the worse of my stay.
