It’s a basic no frills stay. The room was comfortable, the continental breakfast substandard.

My stay was good. Nothing really to expand on as it was a quick trip and I spent no time in the room except to sleep.

Shower was moldy. The shower head pipe was actually loose and wobbly. Many items were unavailable at breakfast service. Main lobby had trash (french fries) on floor at entry door.

First room smelled musty. They graciously moved us to a second room which was acceptable although there were stains on the walls. The hot tub didn’t work and they promised to send someone out to fix it but no one ever did. The microwave in our room didn’t work. Mid week, the elevator broke down and we were obliged to take the stairs for three days. The cleaning staff was very gracious and solicitous for our comfort and that we were well stocked with towels, etc. but this didn’t quite compensate for our overall experience.

Basic hotel with basic breakfast. Sheets and curtains needed cleaned. My son asked if this is spaghetti sauce or blood on the sheets. I told him spaghetti sauce but the next morning the same sauce was on the curtains. So not sure anymore. Room 321 in case the hotel wants to have that room deep cleaned.

Check in was easy and quick, we had a quiet stay.

Considering how close to the highway, it is very quite. Water pressure was ok, but could be better. The shower fixture needs work and the lighting is very dim in the room. Over all a very good stay in this hotel.

Dont like total strangers trying to enter my room at 3am after lobby issued them keys. Staff is incompetent. Lied to on issues. Breakfast ran out of items very early. Hotel smells like back alley vape shop urinal.

The room was comfortable. There was a musty odor in the room that was tolerable with the air conditioner running. The staff was nice. Check in was easy. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

The room we were given was on the first floor and the entire carpet was wet and then on a third of the room was completely soaked and there was a smell in the room. Water was puddled in the floor and the couch was completely soaked. You could see where the water was coming from the ceiling. Where it was the first floor it was either the toilet and/or shower/tub leaking down which was gross. We told the front desk and they moved us to the room next to it. There was still a smell and the carpet was damp but not soaked like the other room. I arrived late to check in and was traveling alone with my kids or I would have left and not stayed there. I would never stay there again.

We found the room clean and the queen beds were wonderful for our family of 4 especially when most rooms are double beds. The staff were kind and friendly.
