Would not stay here. Management in transition. Lost our reservation, couldn't make-up. Employee trying, but didn't even know the hotel phone number. Heard other guests making complaints while waited 45 minutes for them to not help us. Would NOT recommend staying here, plenty of other hotels in the area. Clearly this place is not ready for guests and so much turnover in management and help, makes it even worse.

We had vwry comfortable beds but the carpeting was old and muaty smelling. The hotel was a little outdated. Cleaning carts were left in the hallways just about every day and stayed there for most od the day. I was very surprised this hotel was not top notch.

We stopped here to take a break half way to Florida and it was so easy to get of 95 get everyone up and going again and hit the road.

This property could use a minor update to the grounds and elevator. However, my room was clean, and the staff on-site was a joy to talk to.

The front desk clerk was lovely but completely over her head with no help as hoards of families tried to check in. We waited 30 minutes for our room, and when we got there, the fridge didn’t work.

Worker at reception was very friendly & apologised for the wait, definitely could have benefited from another member of staff to help as she was very busy with hotel guests & the phone constantly ringing.
Room was for 3 people but sofa bed not made up, didn’t want to wait at reception again to ask for assistance so we used the sheets from the closet & made a bed up.
Breakfast was good, egg&cheese muffins, sausages, scrambled egg nice options in addition to usual continental choices.

I stayed here for three nights while I was in town for a tennis tournament. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room I had was decent and the bed was comfortable. However, the hotel itself was dirty and there was trash in the elevators and in the hallway. There was a piece of trash in front of the room next to mine all three nights I was there. Also, a big pile of dirty laundry was left in the hall overnight. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade and better care taken if you are going to charge what they do for a room. I know they have a vacuum because I saw them using it in the breakfast area.

I have stayed in other Springhill Suites in the past and they have been nice. This one leaves a lot to be desired. The carpet in the room looked like someone had burned holes in it. The shower has shampoo bottles attached to the wall right in the center so you constantly hit them while showering. The front desk staff must have been new. Every time we had a question she had to find someone else to get an answer.

My visit was for business purpose, so it was going to be short. The counter lady was having some trouble with another guest but hostess was calm and well mattered, eventhough the guest was yelling at her and calling for manager. I felt the young lady handled herself with respect and dignity. Im so grateful eventhough my room was changed she treated me with repect and patience. I thank her for my time there.
