Lovely hotel next to the water and promenade. Comfortable rooms. We had a sea view which has a nice balcony and floor to ceiling windows. Great during the day, unfortunately at night the noise from the road is pretty bad.

I had a terrible night's sleep as the beds are rock hard. This is NOT an exaggeration. I appreciate a firm bed BUT these beds were beyond firm to extremely uncomfortable. Aside from that, the room was clean and neat. The tv was old with no HDMI port available and NO Netflix or English speaking options. There is NO bolt or chain available on your door at night on the inside for extra security as is common for most ALL hotel rooms.

We went for the race sol y arena. The night of the race I asked the owner to lower the music and he refuse to do that. It was already 9pm and we ran 10k on the beach we wanted to rest. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The room was terrible the toilet not working the bathroom bad. Terrible hotel.

The up keeping and cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is just terrible. There’s hard water in the shower floor, the shower head was dirty with no shampoo or soap in the dispenser. The hotel also generates a lot of noise due to an event room on the second floor until late at night.

Property is NOTHING like the photo. We booked a king lovely suite. Beautiful in the web photo. On arrival, they have no such thing. We’re offered a room with 5 twin beds. Then another with a double bed (box and mattress on the floor). Walked away. Are trying to get a refund. Beware that what is on the website is not the reality.

This is similar to a motel vibe.. our first room was a suite.. it had no towels and moldy showers.. we moved to a smaller room that was cleaner.. the sheets were hard and I couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was good and they had fresh omelettes and empanadas.

Well, we paid the family room but it didn't had: Microwave Coffeemaker Refrigerator Tea maker When we asked seems we were assigned a similar room and not the family room, so the gave us the microwave and coffeemaker but nothing else nor the actual room we paid. The person at the reception was not clear on what is listed here, I had to show them the website. While breakfast is included, is not a buffet, they gave all the same plates and were not happy to receive any change request (I asked to remove a few items from the plat, not to add), the last day I notice the folks at the kitchen were using the mask below their chins so we stopped eating there and had our final meal somewhere else. Pool was cleaned only Thursday and Friday, and they had the tool to make canals and separations in the pool but only used it the first day. There was a few times electricity when out, which leave us without water and air conditioner. Great personal, most of the people were happy to help or advice. The location is nice if you are looking to do a tour or go to the beach, I'll not recommend it just to spend the time there at least while covid is still a thing, If you go to a walk stay away of the lighthouse, we were asked by the police to stay away as they were trying to catch some scammers there
