Clean, comfortable and within easy walking distance of the yumbo and cita shopping areas, 12-15mins walk to the beach.
Overall pleasant stay with friendly polite staff on reception. After 5 nights stay I felt the bedding should have been changed, that would be my only negative and it’s not a biggy!

They kept doing small mistakes when they cleaned the room. Also, they ask for extra money to use the room safe, when this bit doesn’t appear anywhere and the room allegedly has a safe

food and drinks were poor not 4 star same food nearly all week
pool area was nice.. room was nice till we saw a really big cockroach in the room

Everything was good, especially the personnel
But our room was facing the street and the bar, and there was little silence and peace, despite the hot weather, we could not open the window or sit on the balcony.
Cleaning was good, but in the case of floors, it is better to mopped in addition to sweeping

Amazing stay at the Barcelo in Maspalomas,good animation team, lots of activities during the day ,maybe some of the reception team should be more friendly i found them a bit arogant and not to helpful.

Beautiful landscaped hotel clean and fresh, needed more tidying up throughout the day and please some more milk for our morning teas! Entertainment was good and free shuttle buses were a good touch

The hotel are in a verey good condition. 2 nice swimming pool with loads of chairs. The staffs are just fenomenal. Good variety of food. The pizza on the restaurant just amazing. The only down point are the intertainment ar night. The singers and the band just put people outside the hotel or get bored. Put games, shows , use the intertainment team at night for the guests. At put the singers in the restaurant.

They just need to clean the windows at reception that look out to the beautiful pool area, first thing people do on arrival is look out there!

Had a wonderful 5 night stay here! Lovely staff, clean hotel and beautiful surrounds! We didn’t go for the all inclusive option but we had the breakfast included - delicious and so much variety, there really is something for everyone! Will definitely come and stay here again when we return to Gran Canaria!

We have had a really good stay, super clean and comfortable room. It’s our first time back since the renovations and would highly recommend
The food was excellent and plentiful, only slight negative is a lack of information for what’s available .
On check in they tell you to scan the app we would have preferred a map / notice of information as we only found the snack bars on our last day

I had great holiday, I was happy with our room, ( Clean) food and the staff were lovely It was birthday holiday so I had great time. I would defiantly come again.

The resort offers a lot of activities and sporting facilities for the enthusiast. It offers various package including all-inclusive and buffet food.
The quality of the F&B is just fine but don't expect a lot. There is also a Supermarket opposite the hotel and shops nearby. Very child friendly also. Unfortunately the parking was paid.
We had a comfortable stay and it was really cool the Hotel has a cross fit center, free of charge for the Hotel Guests on site (open air) with a very enthusiastic trainer, Pedro!

Hotel was super nice outside: nice pool, garden area, crossfit area etc. Inside hotel was a bit outdated (door handle fell off, shower was a bit broken, little ants in room etc) but everything would be easily fixed with a little money so hopefully they’ll do it sometime.
Pedro at reception was a kind and super helpful.
