Over all it was good. The room is ok. Bathroom is good with a shower. It was quiet at the night time.

PRO : have been staying here for the past 3+ years every time we come to Peoria area and neighboring city and the staff have been courteous , friendly and Gil , the manager , is wonderful ; the renovated room does not have carpets and the bed is comfortable ; basic toiletries ; breakfast is offered at a certain time - nothing fancy ; well lit parking lot ; close to a lot of stores / restaurants ; close to Bradley university ; has more pros than cons so we always come back and stay here
CON(s) : usually there is only 3 pillows in a queen room ; the hallway carpets has its days ; no elevator ( but it is only 2 story ) ; walls are not that thick so voices/sounds can be heard if it is loud

The people working there are great they are very nice and it was clean . The parking lot is not secure there's no cameras in the parking lot my car was broken into this morning at 4:00. They act like it was no big deal they could have cameras in the parking lot on both sides. They also know that homeless people live out there in the dumpsters and hang out by there and they do nothing about it. So if you want your stuff stolen stay there but I wish they would try to do something about the homeless problem they have hanging out in their lot breaking into people's stuff.

Stay was okay. Would be great but the fact every morning house keeping would knock on the door for room service. Was working night shift at Perkins NRG power plant asked to not be disturbed and even had the sign in the door. Always bring my own covers and towels do didn’t need room service.

Our to-go-to -stay when in the area ; close to a lot of stores , Bradley university, room price is descent and the has welcoming staff ; rugs in the hallway is not at it’s best , the walls are thin so conversations and TV shoes can be heard if loud , but beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean for a good night’s sleep .

Room was not cleaned on Saturday and had to go to front desk and ask for clean towels.
The shower head was the best thing in the whole experience as well as hot water.

The staff were nice. The person that checked me in was very nice took the time to explain everything to me. The room looked nice but not very clean. I found a pair of dirty socks on the night stand. (not mine). The sink and refrigerator were dirty. Did not like the continental breakfast.

It was exactly what I needed, a clean and comfortable bed, a refrigerator for my soft drinks, and a clean bathroom with a shower head that actually had some water pressure which is important for people like me who have very thick and heavy hair all at a very reasonable price. I am still waiting for my $100 hold to be removed, kind of thought that would have happened by now but hopefully I'll get that back soon.

I've stayed here several times as a traveler and most of the time it's been ok. However, this most recent time they cancelled my ENTIRE reservation because they wouldn't answer the phone when I tried to call and let them know I would be arriving the next morning. So, after working a 12 hour night shift, I had to find a new hotel and hope they would allow me to check in early and put out another $300.00. The guy at the desk didn't seem even the slightest remorseful. Now, I can't even get ahold of them to approve my refund, which has been unsuccessful in the past.

Staff woke us up with cleaning sounds at 12:30am. Some noisy neighbors but otherwise good folks around. Staff also helpful. Breakfast pretty spartan but decent.

Random people stay at this place for extended amounts of time. They trash the place. It smells like vomit. People are super loud. You cant get rest there.
