Very good night sleep.

This is one of the few Motel 6's I will still stay at - however the fact they no longer offer housekeeping during your stay is not good. You have to go to the front desk for towels, toilet paper, etc. Ended up with trash can's overflowing and a pile of used towels on the floor.

No coffee maker in the room or coffee offered in the office. We killed a cockroach that came out from under the cupboard with the fridge in it. No carpet on the floors. The direct tv did not work properly it said 49 channels we barely got 10 channels to work There were drug deals going on in the parking lot where our car was. My husband went out to our car for something and witnessed it going on. We let the office know about it. All they said was sorry about that. When we left at 5 am a van was driving around looking around. I was glad to Leave. Where we parked their is one way in and one way out. We were in the back of the motel We were going to stay an extra night but we canceled our reservation.

The floors could be mopped with disinfectant and the furniture could be wiped down with disinfectant too! The rooms smell like animal urine and some smell like people urine.

Gang bangers about to fight, stalkers in the rooms surrounding me, harassing me the whole time I was there! The floor was filthy and there was a cockroach! The beds and towels were clean. The staff was pleasant. But the floors could have been cleaned better. Counters and shelves were decent! Not a bad place, it could use a little improvement in certain areas.

No amenities, no coffee or tea, extremely thin pillows and NO extra pillows, a motel peopled with homeless on vouchers, which is fine but not with tiny kids running around in the parking lot with no adult or the homelss woman sleeping on the stairs to our room. The room was so cramped and tiny and the bed was lumpy. Not cheap either - $200 a night. Very disatisfied.

I had a horrible experience when checking into another Motel 6 (Old North Sacramento location) and at 11:30pm, this location had a vacancy and I was able to get a room w/o making prior reservation. Lisa, the front desk lady, was very professional and pleasant (unlike what I dealt with at the first location!). The location was safe enough, room was clean. I ended up extending my stay. There are 2 things Ibthink mgmt should look into: 1. the AC unit in the room smells really bad. You get used to it after being the room but now and then,still smell how bad it smells. Smells like urine is in the air, not a good thing to deal with. It is dusty too so on top of smelling like urine, it’s full of dust …sanitation issue… 2. The bathroom vents are filthy. Really should clean them cuz it’s not sanitary 3. They only clean every 3 days and do not have shampoo/conditions or body wash for you. Just 2 small bars of soap and towels. Things that make this place better than the Old North Sac location: 1. security makes rounds in the parking lot by circling it every 3 hours 2. Propert is well lit and parking lot is big with plenty of spaces 3. Staff is pleasantly and courteous

The room was small but clean. My main issue was that the walls are thin and people are noisy. Other than that, a great stay!

The rooms are terrible. Dirty grouting in the bathroom, stained linen and towels, and an odour that turned my stomach. I will not be staying here again.
