The Front Desk Clerk Candace is the best but the house keeper on the shift I check out on was horrible liars true this is a non-smoking facility and I do smoke in my car or at the destinated smoking area but they tried to lie and say I smoke in the room mind you this came from two non-smokers long story short Candace a sweet heart she reimbursed my deposit bc you can smell like smoke and don't smoke in the room.

The room was great. The property was under major renovation. The lobby floor, sitting area and breakfast area was torn apart. Tape, plastic, drywall plaster was everywhere. The staff was very nice. I hope when its all done, it is beautiful.

The entire hotel is under construction and no breakfast was offered. This was not disclosed when I booked. Workers cutting and installing tile in foyer/rooms well into the evening.

Check in was easy and the young lady up front was very kind. She explained they the hotel was under renovation and that the pool was closed which was fine because we didn’t know there was a pool beforehand. She also stated that although the dining area was being renovated they still offered complimentary breakfast. The room was spotless, my only gripe is that the noise from the hallway was quite loud and I could hear the person in the next room opening their microwave/toilet flushing etc. We were not aware that the property was being renovated before we booked but other than having to see the construction it didn’t effect our stay at all.

Property needs updating and deep cleaning. It was not clean around the edges of the walls, our curtain was hanging over the air conditioner, and the elevator was last inspected in 2023 and the license for the elevator EXPIRED in 02-2324.

Property being remodeled and it looks great. In our room the shower water never really got hot enough for a comfortable shower. And on Saturday night the fire alarm was tripped which required everyone to get up and start heading for the exits. It ended up being a false alarm. Never was explained why it was tripped nor even an apology for the incident upon checkout.

I wish I could write something nicer about the hotel, but staying in a room between the hotels laundry room and a guests room where someone stayed that watched loud TV all night long makes it very hard… well, it was my birthday weekend escape and unfortunately I couldn’t really enjoy it because of that circumstances…the hotel is very noisy, rooms are outdated, but with the renovation they are obviously working to make it better, the breakfast was ok, the staff friendly. Only the king bed was fabulous, but if you are not able to sleep …. Would I stay here again? Probably not. Would I recommend the hotel to one of my friends and family? Probably not! Next time we will book not as spontaneous as this time… and would stay in a Hilton group hotel again.

Overall nice stay, only downfall was the remodeling but didn’t inconvenience us-just dropping my husband off for army.
