Well at check in you need to know the $20 deposit is cash only and there's no ATM in the hotel.serms short staffed and housekeeping go check in is not 3:00 p.m. it's more like 4:00. I had to ask the light bulbs for my room there was only three lights that actually somewhat worked, the AC is leaking onto the floor so the vinyl flooring is wet and squishy with water. Elevator is malfunctioning has to close door three times to go and then it sounds alarms and just super slow. The stairs are marked for emergency exits that alarms will go off so those aren't accessible to use those in and out so the broken elevator is your only go to. Fun times but you get what you pay for, even in a "deluxe" room

Because of unforeseen circumstances I was forced to stay here. They were understaffed and because of that I was not able to check in until 6 PM. I went out to dinner on Sunday with my puppy and upon my return my Apple Watch was stolen. After returning from getting dinner on Monday night a pair of my shoes were stolen. My location for my watch had been saying it’s at the hotel. When informing the staff, the front desk associate was very rude and basically said they only had 1 housekeeper and so they don’t know what happened. I continued telling her I only had 1 key and that the items were stolen when my puppy was not in the room. I have since filed a police report. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

I attempted to check in with the hotel. They stated that there wasn’t any vacancies. And I was unable to check in. I am requesting a full refund.

The cash deposit was lame, you should be able to use a card in 2024. Our hotel room entrance floor was sticky 😒 multiple red stains on the desk. No fridge or microwave in the room, theres one elevator that was super sketchy, (said it was on floor 3 going down all the time and the inspection sign said 2018 🤔 ) the shower was hot and had awesome water pressure There was also a hotel party that ended up having a fight go down while myself and my kids were there. Not the most family centric place.

Old, needs some updates. Bugs, dead and alive. Uncomfortable mattress. Odors. AC was stuck on 65 which is a little cold at night.

It was not good, staff tried but they could've do it.

They were wonderful to take our pets. The shower was great. The customer service was poor and the staff was not friendly at all. We had to ask for tissue paper and turn in our towels and sheets before getting more. We often had to wait until morning to get towels because none were available in the evening.

They had roaches in the room and had to wait to get another one. Plus there was poor service if getting fresh towels

Only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the GM was very nice and accommodating. My family was impacted by Hurricane Helene and we were planning on staying until our power was restored. Upon arrival, there was a $20 cash deposit which I was not informed about. The room they put my family in almost made me cry. There were visible stains on the sheets, the box mattress had spots all on the side. The bathroom was full of gnats. The table looked chewed on. I left immediately and spoke with the GM who put us in another room. It was okay until I woke up and a roach was crawling across the headboard. I packed up and checked out. Never ever, ever, ever again.

NEVER seen anything like it. Young lady at front desk wouldn’t check anyone in until 3:00pm-had 11 people waiting. Then at 2:59pm, she LEAVES the front desk, doesn’t reappear until 3:15pm, THEN spends the next 20minutes answering the phone!!!! The worst shower water pressure I have ever experienced!! Elevator in desperate need of service-extremely slow, and sounds like it’s about to fall apart.
