The hotel was completely empty, we had spent over $500 at dinner on property the night before and they would not allow for a noon check out.

Very nice, very modern, and very dog friendly. Staff was incredibly helpful. Do know there are kids everywhere, especially the pool screaming and splashing around. If you want a quiet stay, this isn’t it. Also don’t miss Kita for dinner!

We enjoyed our stay. My only complaint in our room was there were no blankets! We ended up using our bathrobes for blankets when we wanted to watch tv on the couch.

The property is great when it comes to location, rooms conditions and size. The amenities are great but not sufficient. The based goods on the bar AM are ruining out before 8 AM. The roof top hot tub is standing room only if your willing to rub elbows ( and sometimes more..) at the key hours of 4:30-6:00PM. Don't ask for storage of suit cases or ski equipment..they send you to the sport's shop next door.

Excellent hotel in Canyons. Front desk at times understaffed but had a superb family ski vacation. Two bedroom with a peak view is worth the extra cost. Well priced stay compared to other resorts in Park City and Deer Valley.

The Pendry was close to everything and easily accessible to the ski lifts. They had a location to keep your skis and boots daily. The restaurants were very good, although pricey ($450 for two with a decent bottle of wine). But hey, it's Park City and I expect everything to be more expensive. The Pendry also had hourly shuttles going into Park City, which was convenient as well.

Once I brought it to his attention, Justin made it right, promptly had it unpacked and in my car as well as issued a $100 credit for the issues.
