I was put off by loud children on my floor as we were checking in, but the appearance of the elevator door made me leery of the condition of the hotel. There was a covering on the steel door it was peeling off. The raw steak was exposed in places. The result was very off putting. The last remodeling was quite industrial and stark. The room appearance was clean but not inviting.

Everything was perfect! For our next visit to O’Fallon there’s no question as to where we will be staying!

Rooms need some upgrading with the structure (windows and air conditioner) being really old - but was a good stay, would come here again! Breakfast and staff was awesome!

The person that checked my family in was not very friendly and it made us feel out of place and uncomfortable. The person at checkout was extremely nice and friendly.

The property is average. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was good. Several of the areas have terrible paint jobs. For example walls that had been painted had paint all over the ceiling.

Have stayed here before but although the price has increased significantly, the overall condition and service has declined substantially. Will definitely find somewhere different next time

Staff was extremely friendly. Location was convenient. You can walk to restaurants or Target after being in the car all day. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Kids loved the pool.

Great property, area, and staff. Just wish they would have swapped or repaired or mini fridge when I let them know it wasn’t working. We were there for a sports tournament during 95 degree weather and would have been nice to keep drinks cold. The seal was broken on the fridge.

there was a partially chewed beef stick on the floor of room. the room smelled of dirty carpet. no remote for TV. Very musty, pool made my skin itch.
Front desk clerk was very kind and helpful, found us a replacement remote, I did not ask to switch rooms, just dealt with it.

This was a last minute booking for us. We booked it online when we were heading to the property. Check in was very easy. Everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.
