Frustrating

I made a reservation for two rooms through bookings.com. When we arrived, I was told bookings.com had paid the hotel for only 1 room and we had to still pay for the second room. My travel companion, Karen Robbins, paid for the second room. The hotel manager said I would have recover the money from bookings.com; I did pay bookings.com for both rooms. I asked the manager (Rick) if he would provide a note/letter to substantiate all of this and he stated clearly he would send me an email. I checked again Sunday morning with the man at the desk and he took my information again and assured me he would give it to Rick. I never received the email from Rick the hotel manager. I’m just out the $140. My stay would be better if the hotel manager would have done what he said he would do. Also, I think your hotel should have recovered the $ 140 for the second room from bookings.com. I paid bookings.com for both rooms. Bookings.com did not apparently pay your hotel for the second room.

Good location for my needs, overall facilities were good, would stay again but some things need to be addressed

bathroom needed attention ceding in bath dirty tiles loose all over tile area so made popping sound when walking in tile areas children allowed to use hallways as personal play areas ultimately leading to fire alarm being pulled

The room was very clean and premises were well kept. Breakfast was good but juice machine was down so there was only water and milk.

The night desk clerk double charged my card but the manager was able to quickly fix the problem.
