excellent customer service.. rooms are not new but was clean.. i will give a 5star for the breakfast, lots of choices for the foods and drinks.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. The only small minus was that I could hear everything from outside the room, even though I was on the highest floor.

I would not stay here ever again. The bed was an old metal spring bed that groans and squeaks as soon as you sit on it. The bed dipped toward the middle leaving my partner sleeping in the middle of the bed and me clinging to the edge trying not to fall on him. I woke up many times through the night and had a sore back next day. The room is tiny and cramped and very old decor, feels dark and unpleasant. The curtains were not exactly clean. The bathroom had a metal stand the towels were sitting on that was rusty, and other signs of rust. The shower door was a bit broken and didn't close properly resulting in a flooded floor. The minibar was a plus, and there was plenty of wardrobe space to hang the clothes. Wifi didn't work well in the room. The breakfast was a mixed bag. They were serving tinned mushroom and fruit (in addition to fresh fruit) but the omelette and bacon were real enough and decent. There were plenty of pastries and some good looking desserts, I tried the baked apple which was nice. The location is not convenient at all and a long walk to the public transport when you have suitcases. I can't believe how much they are charging for the experience I had and will choose somewhere else next time.

The aircon wouldn't work. I went to reception and the receptionist said the hotel turns the aircon off at this time of year and couldn't turn it on. it was the 12th of September. It was far too hot for me and uncomfortable. Room window wouldn't open. At 1am I went back to reception to ask if they had a fan. Which they did. The receptionist said that the aircon was broken and the facilities man wasn't in until the morning. So a totally different story to what I had previously been told. Looking at other reviews there seems to be some sort of pattern for this hotel. If they are turning it off, the air-conditioning needs removing from the website and price changing accordingly.

Lovely clean hotel

Front staff did not seem friendly. Just rushed through the check in process and did not explain that the keycard is also needed to turn on the lights in the room. Was also only given 1 keycard for 3 of us staying in the room. There was only 1 TINY and I mean tiny trash bin for the room and was located in the bathroom. We had to make sure we kept our shopping bags so that we could toss out any additional trash we had.

The hotel needs improvements, I payed for a room with terrace but the AC don’t work, the faucet didn’t work either and when my daughter was taking a shower all the water came out the shower into the room, terrible mess !!! Very frustrating, the lobby didn’t have AC, anyway I need to said as a positive thing the breakfast was excellent!!

The location is good. The breakfast buffet is tasty. The room size was okay. Parking is available. I give like 4 of 5 for overall.

Good Stay. Would expect bottled water/tea station in a 4-star. Bedding was not good, old and inadequate even after requesting more bedding. Good service otherwise.

Room was clean, nice big bed and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. We got a taxi to the port but I saw plenty of buses that would take you into Barcelona centre

Hotel key card sometimes wouldn’t work . Great staff ! Great breakfast buffet ! So attentive . They have a working pool with no life guard but it’s only 4 feet deep so no need . WiFi was kind on and off though . There is a lot of buses around and train station is a 12 min walk but it’s a bit of a travel to get to the center . No dining options around hotel . Strong ac in room .

During arrival this individuals attitude was terrible, he never mentioned the room had non working A/C . We requested a room change Due 2 nights stay without any completely careless. AWFUL EXPERIENCE
