I normally mention to friends ,about the Hotel food ,very good, this time I was disappointed, breakfast evry thing was cold like coming from the fridge,the vegetables, just coming from the froze bag, not salt or any taste at all the person that normally makes the omelettes was not there yet,

the first floor ,from 12 midnight was bomping and funirture dragging around ,metal been dropped in to the lloor ,it was a nightmare. I WAS SO TIRED. I made several call at the front desk ,the noise never stop ,I use the AC fan in higto block a little the noise

Hotel Riazor is just a few minutes from the airport but far exceeds the offerings and facilities of a typical airport hotel, and the price is more than fair. The staff was superb, the room was quiet, spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant was good. I will definitely stay there again next time I have a layover in Mexico City.

Elegant, beautiful hotel, clean, nice service, nice people, nice pool, great buffet, food delicious, nice room, I love the bed and pillows, good quality, the best when I arrived to the airport o e person from the hotel is waiting in order to call the shuttle, excellent free transportation, the service is great!!!

It’s very close to the airport, I was shocked how quiet it is so I was able to sleep without the airplane noise

The reason for the overall 4 stars is that we got room service and 2 of us got sick from it

The hotel was absolutely spotless and very family friendly. The staff was very attentive, the porter met me at my taxi and took my luggage to my room, the room was spotless and there was a coffee maker and free toiletries in the bathroom. Housekeeping was superb. Highly recommended.

We are a family of 5. There aren't many hotels that have the option of accommodating us in the same area; most of them offer us to book 2 separate rooms. This junior suite was perfect for us! It has 2 rooms within the same suite that share a bathroom. That was very convenient! The indoors pool on the 6th floor is warm and the restaurant was good. We enjoyed our stay in this property.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. They treated our large group extremely well and were very accommodating. They made sure we had rooms together, access to the pool, and added an airport shuttle to their schedule just to accommodate our group and departure time. This hotel was also close enough to the Plaza de la Constitución for us to get a quick trip in to see Mexico’s fascinating and historic city center. I highly recommend this hotel.
