Overall great stay. The walls are a bit thin though. May want to bring earplugs

Loved the backyard area. Cozy and opened. Water pressure was amazing in the showers. Our TV was a little finicky sometimes, when we would adjust the angle it would completely go off. Also the TV needs to be setup another different way. The closet was in the way.

We arrive late, 11:30 pm, Hotel was quiet even though it looked very full from the parking lot. The gentleman at the front desk was very quiet. After putting my credit card in for incidentals, he handed us our keys and nearly turned away. I asked if our room was down to that end and pointed. He said yes. So we parked at the end he pointed at. As it turns out, our room was at the far other side of the hotel. He also didn't say anything about the internet, pool, or breakfast times in the morning. I understand Night staff is generally not outgoing, but this person had very little customer service skills. Otherwise, our room was great! The hotel was clean and the staff in the halls were very friendly.

We enjoyed our visit to Shawnee Ks, staying at Courtyard of Marriot. The establishment was clean, all of the staff from the clerk to the housekeepers were very friendly. They allowed us to bring out granddaughter there to swim and sleep over, making our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you!

Bed was very comfortable and the room was better than we're used to at other places.

Hall carpets very dirty. Shower didn't work right. Bathroom sink stopper broken. Not adequate light in room.

Our rooms were not prepared for our stay, sheets were not fresh, towels and other amenities were not stocked. Very disappointed with whole experience. Bathrooms on main floor were filthy. Outdoor sitting area was outdated, furniture was falling apart and trash was all over the place. Marriott really has gone downhill

It was mostly great! The toilet seat was a little too small for the toilet and it was loose and moved around.

It’s an older hotel and was priced as such. It was clean. The back court was nice and good place for my kids to run around. It was frustrating they didn’t even have complimentary coffee. Have yet to experience going to hotel that didn’t offer that at least. It was a safe location and not far to get to attractions!
