Clean, friendly, and heated pool!
We had no idea breakfast was extra charge. The lady on the phone when we called said they "offered breakfast" as an amenity.
We would have chosen another hotel due to having 5 kids with us.
We also made it clear that we were looking for a room with 2 beds plus pull out couch. Unfortunately these were last minute reservations and the best they could do was a King with a couch, but they said the room was very big. The room was way smaller than expected.

Hotel close to highway
Staff was extremely rude, not worth dealing with especially since rates at other hotels in the area are better. We travel for work/leisure all over and this is the 1st time we have encountered staff with such horrid attitudes and customer service.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Bathroom was large and the shampoo/conditioner/body soaps were in very large dispensers instead of tiny bottles. Beds were comfy. Room was very clean.
There was no complimentary breakfast.

The room was amazing and the bedding was clean and so comfy! I also love that you guys ditched the stupid small battle of soap and shampoo and put big bottles in the shower!
TV was dated and the remote worked half the time, I really had to mush the buttons for it to respond.

The location was great.
We had a Marriot gift card that we wanted to use for our stay and the man who checked us in said we could only use it when we checked out. This was inconvenient and the full price of our stay went on our charge.
