A lovely birthday trip. Very comfortable hotel in a great location with friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend this as a great base for exploring Gdansk old town and beyond.

Great hotel right in the heart of the Old Town on the main restaurant island. Modern and all the amenities that Puro Hotels provide as standard. Superb breakfast with Avocado Toast and other treats.

The Puro was really nice, we enjoyed our stay there, it is easily walkable to everything in the old town

Very clean modern hotel. The staff were all very very friendly and went out of there way to help us out with questions and looking after our bags for the day once we had checked out.

The hotel was lovely.
But the beds and pillows where to soft.
My back is hurting after a night sleep.
Everything is run by pad in the room we find out after first night, AC, Light the lot. Was so warm. Great breakfast with a la carte choice.
We had dinner one night and it was good also.

Hotel Puro was a great place to stay, with excellent ammenities, and incredibly helpful and courteous staff, and outstanding location--right in the middle of old town Gdansk. And it was surprisingly quiet in my room, which was outstanding! the only thing I didn't exactly like was that my room faced a narrow courtyard, and so my view was the other rooms, which made me feel like I was in a fishbowl! Again, there was no issue with noise, it just seemed strange, and I didn't want to ever open the curtains while I stayed. Otherwise, it was fantastic!
