The staff was great. The rooms need updating. The wall paper was coming apart in the room, and the room seems rundown. It was clean. Location was convenient

All dining options were very overpriced compared to other areas in Cyprus.
Despite being a beach hotel, you had to pay extra for loungers on the beach.
Beds quite uncomfortable (very soft mattress and hard pillows) and curtains did not fully close therefore we all woke up very early.

The receptionists were really unhelpful and stubborn, we had a short vacation and we had a problem with the booking that they noticed second day so the app support couldn’t help us and each time we go to them to fix it they ask as to come later and we couldn’t enjoy the stay.
The breakfast and beach were good but since we had to pay for beds anyway we tried other beaches like Columbia which had much better beds and service.
The room is good but you only get on hard bellow each.
The location is on the beach but very far from the city and attractions and will need taxi or bus to get anywhere
Next time if i go to limassol would take a hotel close to Columbia where i can walk to most things and the beaches have much more attractions on the beach

Breakfast and dinner were good with enough options to choose from. However, hotel is quite old and there was no ac in many areas. In general, I enjoyed very much my stay in this hotel. In particular I liked the beach, which is very close and beautiful. The swimming pool hours were too short, luckily, I could go to swim in the sea. The room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom quite big. Only the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

Thank you to lovely staff & amazing cleaning staff. They make this hotel stand out above the rest. Older hotel, but very clean. The food is fabulous!. I will stay here again

Ideal location next to the sea. Friendly staff and lovely food. A very comfortable and relaxing hotel.

Stayed on half board basis and food was pleasant however if you are a vegetarian like myself you have a VERY limited choice, including the deserts. Which left me disappointed most nights.
Rooms were old but acceptable, could have been a bit cleaner. Unfortunately there is an a joining door to room next door and you can hear everything through it which really is not nice or relaxing and unfortunately we had music playing until 2am next door to our room.
Some staff lovely and some that offered no pleasantries at all.
Outside area very nice and pool fantastic and very clean.
Took a drink from our rooms down to pool (not glass) and a member of staff told us that we could not drink it there. Which seemed odd as we were paying guests.

The hotel is a very good choice and has a good price. The rooms are clean the people who work there they are very polite and smiling. The beach is very good. You have free sun beds on grass. Pool is both 1,30 m and 2+m. Breakfast is ok. Parking is ok. The only thing I didn't like was coffee at breakfast and in the room. Overall very good choice of hotel if you like Limassol 9/10
