The front desk was so bad from check in to check out. First the front desk was not welcoming.
Second thing is much more worse, I extend my stay by one more night for the hotel with the same room type from my previous reservation, in front desk they told me it is different type and charge me extra to stay in same room or just you have to move the other room in the morning, the price was not that much but they could just easily arrange it. Anyway after I paid it they again asked for all of my information with a bad attitude like I am doing something wrong. I will probably choose other options for the next time.
Hotel was so good but people working in there and their attitude definitely was a disappointing experience.

A relatively new hotel in Yeouido with rooms that are quite spacious. It occupies a building complex designed by Richard Rogers and the hotel itself is conveniently connected to The Hyundai shopping mall. Easy access to the subway as well as the bus. Service was great, and the shower and bathtub were all clean and nice. Breakfast buffet is quite good: go for the Chinese-style roast duck.

Fairmont is connected to the famous Hyundai Mall. It's a brand new Hotel in Korean Wall Street Island Area. Lots of Fine dinnings are in and around the Hotel. I would love to come back soon!
