Lovely big room with opening windows. Comfortable bed. Really worth staying here and it's in the old part of the center.

Loved the location, fall market underway when we arrived. Short walk to the beautiful old city. Entry into the hotel felt grand. Rooms comfortable, everything in working order and attractive.

Very clean, conveniently located hotel. Tram stop steps outside of entrance. My room on the 6th floor was quite large. Strong wifi signal. Good a/c.convenient refrigerator. As others have mentioned, no microwave. Bed was somewhat hard and uncomfortable. Frosted glass door to toilet, no door on shower area. So not a lot of privacy in that regard.

Loved it! Right in the center, spacious, clean and beautiful. Two nice queen size beds with crisp clean bedding. Highly recommend!

The room was big and clean. However, the entrance of the hotel has steps, which make it hard to go in with the suitcase. Even to get to the first lift, there are more steps, and despite having an incline, it’s sooo steep that it’s pointless. If you’re a fit person should be fine. But if, like me, you had surgery recently - it’s really hard. This should have been made clear when booked the room. The room had a fridge, but the fridge wasn’t that cool, so wouldn’t be fit to keep food. Maybe a few drinks. Again, this should have be made clear on the ad. Lastly the aircon doesn’t allow to control the temperature has 6 settings: -3 to 3 whatever that is. Even on the -3 wasn’t great. The hotel was clean and central, but I felt let down by the amenities (fridge, lift; aircon) that were supposed to have and were below average.

FOr a three day stay in this hotel an inducement was offered to save on their cleaning costs that we would receive a benefit of a drink. For the two of us that meant two drinks for the whole period of the three days. So in reality it cost them about two euros to save them three days of cleaning costs. Well done them. Suckers us.

A good idea from the hotel is an option for the guest not to have your room made up and towels changed each day. The inducement, however, is absolutely a joke and is rather pathetic. Safe did not work and room was warm. Front desk did not want to answer any questions concerned with local sites.

The room was nice and comfortable. We found it off odd that the room with the shower in it did not have a door! They don’t offer washcloths. Other that those two things everything else was great. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful in providing us with tips.

Everything was good except that the mini bar didn't really work. The manager came up to fix it for us, but it wasn't cooling.

The location is great and it is in old town but when we arrived, the blond lady at the reception looked down at us in such a humiliating way that I couldn't understand the reason as we were so tired. Then I asked for the room and when she learnt that we had a superior room, she changed her treatment and tried to kind to us. I couldn't stop thinking that she was treating the customers according to money they have??? Anyway...I had my mother with me and she had a problem with her leg and she was so tired. Then this blond young lady wanted me to fill in the stupid form via a digital screen and I really found it so stupid as she really saw us being very tired and she ignored it, not even offering us any water or any seat for my mother...She could have fotocopied our passports as we did in the previous hotel in Berlin and when I was doing it, I said the whole procedure was stupid but she said this is the law?? Excuse me but it is not the first time I stay in a hotel and they were better at their treatments with the customers. But this woman repeated the same thing with her cold face with no help offering to us...and I said I will write about it and she kept repeating the same thing as if I dont know anything about the difference between what law says and what the procedure says...anyway I think the hotel should choose better employees to welcome the guests at the reception. Apart from that the breakfast was good.

The only complaint/issue was that the air condition was not working but the staff insisted it was working. It was cooler outside than in our hotel room. We have a balcony but because people on either side of us were out smoking we couldn’t open the doors to get fresh air in. The front desk did provide us with a table fan which did help.
