Was the most awful mattress, pillows & bedding ever! In such a pretty place! I’d have slept better in trunk of my rental car!
Was ABSOLUTELY WORST BED SLEPT ON IN 2 years! And I travel a lot. And have stayed in other of your properties not like this. Not only said something to employee
and response was oh, you got a king bed?
So, so wrong. And I checked in tired at 7:00pm and left at 8:00am only to get a good nights sleep. Got none.
Not to mention trash service emptied dumpster before 6:00am and was so LOUD

This was a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and check-in was good. The only thing is they don't do daily housekeeping, it's every other day, so u have to ask for clean towels and stuff but the stay was great.

Great hotel for a fair rate. Everything was clean and well- kept. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Amenities were working and as advertised, breakfast was good with multiple options.

Everything was so nice clean and updated. It looks like they’ve just been through a remodel. We were evacuating from our homes for a hurricane, and they were kind enough to let us early check in hours in advance because there was a room ready. Staff was super friendly, accommodating and ready to help. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was very clean the only thing the air conditioner was very loud and did not keep the room cool other than that I loved everything else

Nice place to stay near Destin for work. Very convenient to have a breakfast and also a decent menu for eating after a long hard day of work.

This hotel is our go to for getaway weekends. The lobby has been remodeled and looks fantastic. The staff at check in were friendly and efficient. The room had a balcony and the room was clean and the beds comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit the Sandestin or see 30a without the traffic and prices

My room was switched out. I initially wanted something with a balcony. However, it turned out well. Staff seemed Friendly. Definitely will return. 9/10

We had a wonderful time! The hotel was clean, good place for breakfast and happy hour .. location was great! lots of things to do close by. Staff was very nice .. Would stay here again.
