Some outlets in the room does not work, the dishes in the dishwasher are dirty and still dirty after I ran the dishwasher. The furniture are not well maintained, an inner side board hides the electrical for the dining table does not attach to the table and half hanging. For the make up table in the bathroom, one leg is missing the metal cover The black out curtains in the living room does not come down making it difficult for guest to sleep in the sofa bed.
Breakfast staff are very nice and the food are good.

Terrible front desk experience with “Malvin” the night I arrived. Svetlana however made up for it by giving me a quieter room on the top floor. No one told me I had to request room service. At over $300 x night, you would think it’s done….

Hotel is in a decent area. Room was average. Shower was built in a way that caused water to be all over the floor. Breakfast was below average. Biggest issue was the fact that i requested my room to be serviced daily and that didnt hapoen despite asking 3 separate times.

The hotel room was nice and clean. We needed a place near UMMC due to an unscheduled trip, and this place was walkable from the hospital. Breakfast was delicious.

I stayed for two nights, my next door came at 3am in the morning, I heard the noise and smelled the cooking in the middle of sleeping. Woke up at 3am for two nights stayed.

Hotel location was close enough to campus, plenty of parking space and gated which was great and safe. Cleanliness was lacking all across my designated room, restroom was not cleaned neither was the kitchen. I have stayed here before with a much better experience, I hope it was only a mishap because the hotel has much potential.

The hotel was beautiful however the smell was horrible. It was an overpowering perfume smell. I had to ask several times if there was a hidden air freshner. I understand that some people would not mind however i had to have the door open for awhile. I wont t stay there again for that reason.

Stayed in Pittsburgh for family trip 3 nights. The hotel itself is pretty average. Reception was friendly. The pool was a bit cold and not very clean. The hotel is right across from a hospital so we heard ambulances and a lot of road noise. The breakfast was not great (but it's few so I guess can't complain too much). Parking was expensive. Furnishings in the room itself were a bit run down. Overall it wasn't a bad place for the price we paid but would probably not stay again.

Nice place to stay in Shadyside. Our only complaint was the unfriendly attitude of front desk staff when we arrived. They may have been having a bad day but they seemed curt, really didn't seem to care. At check out we spoke with a very friendly person at the front desk.

The front desk staff was friendly and informative. Breakfast changed daily, which was a pleasant surprise. Self-parking in the hotel lot is easy and convenient. The location is ideal - within easy driving distance of most Pittsburgh universities and attractions.
