As always a pleasant stay with an excellent room and other facilities. Everywhere very clean and pleasant staff. Hotel is centrally located with a lot of points of interest, and restaurants within walking distance. This hotel never disappoints you

Large room with 2 single beds (which was requested). Nice and clean. Very quiet - no noise from hallway, elevator or "slamming" doors. Staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet extensive with plenty of options.

Large room with a great shower, albeit the shower is apart from the toilet so if people are not comfortable with others being in the room, this could be an issue. The room also had two single beds, but we booked one king bed. The worst aspect of the stay was the dust in the room. One lighting fixture was even covered in cobwebs. Having said all this, the hotel has the BEST breakfast buffet I have ever enjoyed. All in all, a pleasant stay despite the dust issues and the fact that the building needs updating.

Very clean hotel located in a nice part of Hamburg,within walking distance to a lovdly park(with cafe),St Pauli and the waterfront.
I got the S1 train from the airport,which dropped me off a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. Can't comment on food and drink as we ate out,thd bar in the lobby did look nice though. Good stay all round.

The hotel experience was overall good. Clean, convenient location. But the staff was superb. Special thanks to Laura at front desk who went out of her way with hospitality and service- she made our stay!

No service whatsoever in the breakfast buffet, for €30per person I expect a waiter to take my order and bring it to my table. Eggs were cold, cheeses had been out for ages (were drying out), bacon was covered in grease, very poor selection of fruits. Cafe across the road was much better.

Lovely outstanding place.
I had the good fortune to be staying in one of their balcony suites, which was really like a home from home - so spacious and clean and quiet.
Lovely staff, too, and perfect location to reach the most important sights - e.g. 10mins walk to Landungsbrücken, 15mins to Jungfernstieg. Wherever I walked, I often went back to the hotel for lunch and then headed back into town afterwards.

Worst of all, it didn't appear from neither photos nor text that this is the kind of hotel with "integrated" bathroom. No door, not even a curtain, from bedroom to bathroom, although there was a door to the toilet. If we'd known, we never would have booked this hotel.
Generally the hotel was a disappointment and not one we will recommend or return to. It's not value for money.

I booked this hotel because of its great reviews but to be honest it was just mediocre experience. Especially, the facilities were quite old. Nothing so bad but nothing so good. It is located in a very quite place, though.
