Everything was great. The breakfast was amazing and the staff went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. The manager was helpful. I recommend Elegancia to anyone who wants to travel to Havana. Restaurants are affordable and nearby.

From the time my 4 year old son and I arrived everyone was very accommodating, professional and pleasant to interact with. Their airport shuttle service was A1 and Rene', Alejandro, Manny, the owner, and a wonderful lady (whom I didn't get her name) were great! The grounds were well kept and it is very clean. I left my Airpods Pro there when I checked out and Rene' reached out to me to let me know and we found a solution to get them to me. My son turned 4 the day after we arrived and they surprised us both by bringing him a piece of cake during breakfast, with a candle and sang happy birthday! I highly recommend Elegancia and will stay there again when I come to Cuba.

Excellent stay in the Vedado area. The building looks shabby from outside but it's excellent inside. The four of us stayed in the main suite (two bedrooms and one bathroom) on the second floor. There were one king size bed and two twin beds. Bathroom was new and clean. Hot water was strong. The breakfasts were excellent with juice, fruits, omelet, bread and coffee. Internet was good and we could view photos and short videos with relative ease, which is not always the case in Cuba. Rene or other ones in the management team were always on site to help. Thanks for the worry-free stay!

I expected much of my viisit to Havana, and I was not disappointed! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Elegancia suites. The common space inside is superbly and artistically decorated. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was always attentive, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast, served on the terasse, with delicious tropical fruits and juices. There are many places of interest nearby. A walking tour of Vedado will show many old houses that are well preserved. Vedado is not too invaded by tourists, and does not aggress you with all the hustling and bustling of Vieja Habana. But, if you like walking, the historical Vieja Habana is within walking distance. You will find many decent to excellent restaurants in Vedado. I would also recommend a late afternoon visit to the hotel Nacional and a drink in the gardens with a great view on the ocean. I would love to return to Havana sometime, and be very happy to stay again at Elegancia!

A hidden gem. Staff from manager to guest service reps amd cleaners were all very helpful. I have limited Spanish language but they exercised patience with me expressing my needs for breakfast and others. Rooms were very clean, towels, sheets and others were in prestine condition. Overall i was very impressed. Thank yoh Elegancia.

My second stay at Elegancia Suites Habana within a year was absolutely wonderful. The staff here is incredible, with a few members fluent in English, which made communication a breeze. The complimentary daily breakfast was a fantastic start to each day, and having our favorite restaurant, Razones y Motivos, just a 5-minute walk away was the cherry on top. Our experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and I highly recommend Elegancia Suites Habana to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and convenience.

Great experience!!!!! the place is very nice cozy, clean, cute, relaxing, and peaceful. The host Rene is the best, extremely professional, and very attentive he is just amazing. the staff is great they make you feel at home. I highly recommend this place. Breakfast is delicious. Was an emergency stay in Havana. Our passports were stolen at another resort and we had to go to the Canadian embassy. These people removed days of built up tension in a couple of hours. The room was far beyond what would be considered great B&B. The staff made home made late night ham sandwiches that not only relieved the hunger but also gave us a welcome home feeling. We had to leave before the normal breakfast hour but they still got up early and got us toast and donuts with our coffees. Will happily come back

I received such a warm and heartly welcome from René. I immediately felt cozy and was impressed by the lovely furnished house. My room was great and I slept incredibly well in the huge bed. Everything was very clean and totally stylish. In the evening I was greeted by Manni, who was there all night and gave me great tips for restaurants and the evening program. The next morning I was welcomed by the loving housekeeper who prepared me a wonderful breakfast. I would check in again at any time and I'm a little sad that I only spent one night there!!!
