This was our second time staying at hotel indigo in Gainesville. Multiple Tesla chargers makes staying here so convenient for us. Service is excellent as well as cleanliness. We will be back!

We unfortunately did not have hot water the first night and could smell a foul odor on our 2nd floor. Elevator was not working properly but the staff was great. I'm sure they'll do their best to remedy these issues.

The Hotel Indigo Gainesville is a great deal. It is a modern property with everything you need. I would definitely stay there again.

We were just passing through the area on our way to Clearwater, so had a super short stay (checked in around 11pm and out 8am). Staff was very friendly, hotel clean and quiet. Area around hotel seemed safe. If needed, would for sure stay at this location again.

Only 1 of 2 elevators was working.
No microwave was offered in the room or anywhere in the hotel.
Bathroom layout was unusually open so it could not be shared with clear glass shower wall/door instead of opaque and no divider between toilet and sink or shower so only one could use at a time.
And no iron/ironing board to touch up dress clothes.
But uncommonly nice staff at front desk, in dining room as waitress for breakfast and cleaning staff. And lots of nice restaurants/entertainment in walking distance and shopping minutes away. And not far from campus.

Extremely friendly and we'll trained staff, beautifully maintained building and facilities, upscale lobby and accommodations at a reasonable price point. This will become my "go to" choice in Gainesville.

They call me the day I was supposed to check in at 7pm to tell me that there was no room. I could not find another room in Gainesville at that time and had to sleep in my son's kitchen. Worst experience ever
