Stayed there for 2 nights on our honeymoon. Villa was lovely, only feedback would be the fridge needed a proper clean. Also lost the sun in the Villa and pool early afternoon (June) but otherwise was great. Location was about 35-40 min walk from the harbour and busy bars which meant it was quiet but accessible. Good snorkelling and location on beach was great with perfect position for sunset Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing!

Liked that it was farther down and peaceful with a beautiful beach... just wish it offered a bit more to keep you at the property like drink specials or entertainment

I stayed at this property for honeymoon. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Property is located on the quiet part of the island. They have a private beach to relax at any time. Very clean and spacious rooms. They provide free snorkeling and kayaking equipment, which is a plus as the resort is located on the beach full of beautiful corals and turtles.

Nice relaxing place to stay. We booked 2 rooms villa, so we had our private swimming pool, so good to hang in privately with friends! The hotel is just in front of beach, good for sun tun and snorkeling (free equipment as well, such as canoeing). There are restaurant for nice breakfast and meal in the hotel! And rent a bike in the hotel you can use for all day long to ciclying around the island! So beautiful place. Definetly we will come back again!

Very quiet and cozy location on the North of the island, not your typical “resort” feeling. The style and setup of the rooms were great and offered really cool outdoor showers. Staff were all super friendly and very helpful. Great place to relax and break away from crowds, yet only a 15 min cycle to get to other beach bars and resturant. Definitely a must to stay here.

A nice quiet location in the north but still plenty nearby. A lovely breakfast is included, staff are very friendly and attentive, facilities great. Not sure what more you could need. Will be back I hope!

Wilson’s is the most clean and lovely resort on the island. Staff were attentive and the rooms large, spotless and truly live up to the pictures. Breakfast was insanely good. Would not consider anywhere else if I’m honest as when we actually viewed many of the other upper marker resorts on the island they were quite run down. Recommend. Also right on beech on the white and prettiest part of Gili T.

This place is a jewel, the room are great, the food is good, the staff is fantastic and the location is wonderful. The location is on the north cost of the island so 20 min walk from the town, it is quieter and to me more nice, definitely a very romantic area, we were here in may so out on the main tourist area and there were not so many tourist around which for us was even better although if you are looking for party then the center is definitely more lively. The hotel has direct access to a beach that is beautiful and it is one of the best snorkeling spot as well (indeed we also see a turtle there!). The room are spacious and conformable, the food from breakfast to dinner is just very good and quite inexpensive. The staff is well trained and very motivated to do well, it was a perfect pace to relax and enjoy this marvelous island.

We travelled all over Bali and Lombok and this was our favorite place. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we felt as if we were family. The food in their restaurant is delicious as are their drinks. The snorkeling right in front of the property is amazing! We miss having our breakfast on the beach every morning! We will be back!

Property is in a great location for snorkelling to see turtles. The northern part of the island is quieter and More chip than the harbour area. The restaurant was good and reasonably priced for the location.

So while we had a fantastic mini break of 4 nights we are not giving full points as we found the food good but not great, the service very friendly, but not exceptional. The 2 bedroom villa with private pool was fantastic, but let down by swimming pool water with some water quality issues and slightly tired outside furniture. All in all a lovely place and we would most likely come back to the same place if we visit Gili Trawangan again.

Wilsons Retreat were very communicative. The room was large and the facilities in general were very good. The staff were always able to sort things out very quickly and helpful with any questions about the local area and resort.

Wilson's is a great place with great location at Gili Trawangan on the north part. As Gili T is always mentioned as the party island this I a great place that shows the opposite. Its located in a quiet area right on the beach. The bungalows are big and very comfortable. Clean and white inside. They serve great food and are planning to have more vegetarian option with is great! The staff is very nice an service minded! They have bikes that you can rent to bike around the island.
