Hotel was newly renovated so looks clean. Bed is comfortable. But housekeeping standards/ SOP needs to be ironed out as my room wasn't cleaned despite the house keeping alert light being switched on. Saw staff wiping food from breakfast table onto the ground and simply left them there.
Restaurants and bar was great! Food and service at both was also awesome especially with Jithin at Far & East. I fell sick and Rachel from Customer experience was very helpful in getting me medication. Also bumped into hotel GM in the lift and his service recovery and following up with hospitality feedback was great.

The service was flawless, the design impressive and rooms most comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the large outdoor pool, the friendly breakfast experience (Akshay was a star!), Rachel's warm welcome on reception, and dinner at Far & East on the top floor where we returned for a second night as the prawns were so good!
This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed at and we look forward to when we can return. A huge thank you to the whole team for making our visit so memorable.
