I always stay at this hotel whenever I come to Bangkok. Road traffic is terrible, to be honest, but it's BKK; there are no other options.

BTS station was far and always needed to grab to go somewhere and noise from road due serious traffic

Overall is good but found some ants walking around at night if turn off lights. Need to turn on all lights otherwise you will find some ants hiding in your bags or luggage

I like the room because it's spacious and well maintained, but to add to it is just breakfast area is small and limited seats. The location is one of the best in Bangkok called Thong Lor, which is the heart of city. The pool is big and outdoor.

The noise of the car in the hotel next door was heard all night and I couldn't sleep well.

The room was very spacious and clean, so I could stay leisurely
Especially the young male staff at the front desk was very helpful and actually led us across the road and introduced us to a nearby massage parlor. I experienced the best hospitality ever
