They canceled my Expedia reservation so I called to assure my reservation was good 2 people at front desk told I was fine to check but when I arrived there was no room. Need people the can communicate better at the front desk

We evacuated from Clearwater due to Hurricane Milton and this hotel was amazing. We had never been to Miami, but these guys waved pet fees for evacuees and we have four cats.
The staff was incredibly attentive and nice. They brought us up a microwave and helped us navigate an inherently stressful situation. Great location, we walked to the beach multiple times daily. Extremely secure premises, you have to use your keycard to use the elevator.
All in all they absolutely contributed to lifting some of the stress that was involved with our situation. Beautiful hotel, highly recommend.

Only thing I don’t like at the Kimptons is that they don’t have a coffee maker or kettle in the rooms

Great location! Service was great. The umbrellas were a nice touch. My only gripe was the room itself. It was very dirty. The floor had crumbs, pieces of a cheese scattered and hairs (curly) everywhere. The walls are paper thin as we could hear everything in the next rooms. We could even hear the footsteps above us. As for comfort, it’s just my personal preference but the pillows were flat and beds were a tad soft for my back (again that’s my personal preference).

First of all there is no gym as advertised. The housekeeping was poor. Otherwise the room was fine.

Lovely hotel. But... the floors needed a mop in the room and there was an odor light of mole. They offered a humidifier no help. The lack of longer shower door completed the wash room situation. The floor was wet after each wash. Otherwise two pool and wonderful property. Beautiful location to everything. I would definitely come again but must be honest about hotel.

Great property and helpful staff.
The only feedback for improvement would be housekeeping and general cleaning of the rooms. Whirl rooms are spacious and stylish, a lot of dust and debris.

Lovely boutique style hotel. Staff very welcoming and friendly. My only gripe was the pool. Was a lovely rooftop pool, with great service from staff but the loungers were grubby, towels old and needed replacing and the pool could do with a good scrub around the sides. In the time I was there it didn’t get done once. Apart from that an excellent hotel which i will return to in the future.

We booked a room for 4. It didn’t work. Arrived and no one had made up the sofa bed and there was only 2 towels for 4 persons.
Day 2 left room at 9.30am returned at 5pm to find no housekeeping had been done. Asked. Guy turned up but wouldn’t clean & tidy while we were there… cos they go home at 5pm so room was uncleaned, no fresh towels. Had to go to reception to ask for towels which we got but no can do about the room cos housekeeping goes home at 5pm. Would not stay again. Wouldn’t recommend

When we first pulled up we knew this hotel was going to be perfect. When we got in the Lobby the smell was wonderful. We got there hours before check- in and our room was already ready. We were given a complimentary beverage as well. Our room was nice and big with a balcony. We enjoyed the hour long free wine. I was highly impressed and will be returning
