The original room designated to us was on the same wall with the wending machine, ice maker and the elevator hall. Thus, it was extremely noisy. The bathroom door is a barn door! Does not keep complete separation, specially odour wise, from the room. Barn door did not work properly. Furniture very low quality. Personnel full of self importance. Braekfast did not hit a motel level.

The stay was fine, the pool and hottub were nice. The hottub is huge. The breakfast was decent. The only issue we had was the bathtub didn't drain.

Room itself was pretty nice. The bathroom shower had lots of stains and rust. The floor you can tell had water damage and was really soft in some spots. Overall great value would stay again

Hampton Inns rarely disappoint us, so we stay at them often. We arrived late and left early so didn't experience much of the property making it unfair to evaluate. It was conveniently located alongside the highway and a short distance to Yellowstone National Park which was our destination.

Fantastic and helpful staff, clean room, quiet, comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom. Beautiful view. Can't say enough good things about it. Will be the place we stay when we pass through Pocatello. Thank you!!!!

We have stayed here a few times and this is our go-to when we stay in Pocatello. The quick gas at a nearby Maverik and hop on the freeway homeward is one of the reasons we like staying there.

The floor had a trail of something spilled on it that housekeeping didn’t clean up when we arrived. The bed wasn’t great either, but other than that it was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

I liked that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours.
I didn’t like the perimeter lights mounted in the grass on the exterior of the building. The lights shine up the building but are almost pointed at the sidewalk. Every time I’d walk to my car they would blind me as I walk down the sidewalk.

Cleanliness was great. Service excellent.
Bathroom not so disability friendly. No nonslip cover on the shower bench. Shower wand was too far away once seated on the bench. Very difficult to shower with a disability even with the grab bars. Shampoo was located in a difficult spot once seated on the bench seat. Need to think about trying to accommodate disabled people better than that. Not impressed.
