It says it’s 4 star but the feel is more like 3 star …reception staff could be nicer ….rooms were decent and clean …. But the best part was promixity to old town .

Definitely amazing hotel. Very large parking available. The room is comfortable and noiseproof. Bed are hard the right way for back problems. They have a very various breakfast ( which start early enough) and their restaurant offers snacks which are super large and not expensive at all. The hotel is right in the center ( 1-2min walk from the 2 bridges)

The location was excellent . Close and walking distance to restaurants and shopping centers. Very spacious, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Staff were pleasant and service oriented.

Room uncomfortable airless without air conditioning and open window did not help as overlooked covered atrium. Hotel refused ti turn on air instead offered a fan which made no difference so 3 sleepless nights

This hotel was only for one night but very nice and quiet. I was pleased with everything. One of the most important was the breakfast in the morning. If you went away from this breakfast hungary or felt it didnt have what you liked, its your own fault. The City hotel had the BEST breakfast offered at a hotel in my 59 years. This place was AWESOME for breakfast and the food was delicious. Keep up the good work and the FOOD !!! Thank you

Excellent stay in a de-luxe room. Bathroom facilities and cleanliness were top class. Huge, comfy bed. Good food selection at breakfast.

Very good location, walkable to all the main attractions but still outside the main turistic area. There is a supermarket 3min walk from the hotel. Room was on 7th floor, good size, the bed was amazing (personal thing but for me the mattress was top-notch), pillows a bit too soft for my liking. The room was facing quiet side rather than the main street so no problem with noise. The only negative was a hair-dryer which was switching off every 1 min so drying hair took longer than expected. Reception staff was nice and helpful, a bit too long wait in a bar, the staff look stressed. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices. I ordered only once from the bar and the food could be better served and should be hot rather than warmish (had typical slovenian cottage cheese dumplings with mushroo sauce). Would stay here again as overall nice experience and good value for money.

Best breakfast of our entire trip! We are vegan and there were lots of options.

Great location, the bar staff were very friendly. Our room had lots of ants crawling up the walls and over the carpet. After reporting this to reception we were located to another upgraded room with a castle view and balcony. We took the shuttle bus to the airport @ 12 Euros per person. It was late, 20 mins in arriving and also did stops to pick up other people enroute, so would advise to take an earlier one.

I liked my room. It was comfortable. Staff very helpful parking car in their garage. Good location. Walk to all.

This was rated four star but was more like a three star.
