I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable. Their exceptional service added great value to our experience. Highly recommended!

There are not many options for restaurants other than their own.
Transportation is great as they have free shuttle services from/to the airport.

The staff were friendly, the room was cleaned but as far as location it is in the bad side of town. The small Mall is across the street and not safe to cross the street. Only 1 restaurant in the building. Internet works great

Do not offer or advertise transportation to the airport and then be a no show and almost make your guest late for a flight. Not dependable at all, and they could care less.

This hotel is amazing! Perfect for one or two people to sleep after arriving from the airport. I wouldn’t want to go walking around the neighborhood, but the staff was awesome and the room exceeded my expectations!

Only stayed 1-,night. Opted to have quck dinner and morning meal from the mall, located job at across the street.

This is actually my 5th time back to this hotel and I enjoy it more and more each time. Its safe, accessible to lots of shopping and major tourist areas. The hotel staff is always super kind and the rooms are clean and modern. The food at cafe sempre is always great. I always highly recommend this hotel.
